Welcome to University Parks! University Parks is home to over 500 on-campus residents of all majors, including members of the Transfer Year Experience LLC. Residents enjoy building strong relationships through social and spiritual programming that make this large community feel more close-knit. The diverse community presents its residents with opportunities to pursue their vocation and calling through the exploration of their strengths.
University Parks features unique community amenities such as a central lobby, community game room, community pool, and study areas that function to emphasize community. University Parks hosts apartment-style rooms, with each student being guaranteed a bed, desk, chair, drawers, closet space, and access to laundry facilities in each apartment. Apartment-style rooms also include private or shared bathrooms, shared living room space, and a full kitchen. Please note that all dimensions listed are approximate and that the rooms and layouts in each residence hall vary slightly. Typical measurements are as follows:
