I love the beginning. At least she asked you to marry her😊 I just told my partner to meet me at the courthouse. When he got there, he asked why were we there? I just simply said, for marriage license. That was 25 years ago. Still married. I ran into the same measurement problems with my washer and dryer. How to add three-and-a-half inches to the front of the cabinet.

I would ONLY have a 10 ft wide tiny home! Those extra two feet take the house from being big hallways to having actual rooms! This interview was so helpful for people considering building a tiny home. He brought up many concerns most people don't often talk about, as well as the "why" behind many of the choices they made. I loved the video's ending! After all that work and love put into their home- he knows he doesn't want to sell!

I love this home and its uniqueness. This is one of the most unique tiny homes that I’ve seen in a while. I am very drawn to tiny homes because you can make that tiny home what you want it to be. That extra room/yoga room on the gooseneck can easily become a bedroom if the stairs become difficult as you age or if you welcome children into your family. Once again, I love this home.

It’s good that you have the warranty for the washer/dryer but the reasons you mentioned are exactly why I wouldn’t buy a combo. Not that a separate washer and dryer can’t break down but I can’t wait 9 hours for one load of clothes. Drying outside makes the clothes smell wonderful but I wouldn’t want to live in an area with a lot of birds and have to worry about them pooping on my clothes. If I had a tiny house, I would have to have a separate washer and dryer.

You’re so right on doing what works for you. 😊 The $45k seems like an incredible deal for the durable materials and high quality finishings, which is something they couldn’t afford in a bigger home.

@@TinyHouseExpedition I’m lucky to live on my own land. Farm ..Paid for ,we stated early. All our friends were paying 1k plus for an apartment back in the day..We found our 5 1/2 acres 28 yrs ago.32k. Times have changed. Especially here in Florida. I’m in the market. I’m 52 the hubby 56 were more simple now. All is being left to my adult son and my grandsons. Lol They can make the fancy updates, I’m ready to do more traveling so using the upgrade $ for that. I used to live in a camper on the back of a pickup as a kid. My dad was a traveling man. I’m used to making sacrifices. My son paid 350k for a fancy new house. It’s been a $ pit from the start. It’s crazy. Y’all have a nice weekend. Love your videos. ✨✌️🌴😊

You have to remember that it depends on what state you're in because I've seen some way more expensive

Or make another one where everyone sleeps in it as well and make a patio to join the spaces. I've seen this done

For me I think I would have put the hang-out work space in the loft and the bedroom downstairs

Nice separation of spaces, but the steps are so high between each one. Fine for young and agile people. You'll have to adjust as you get older

Love this home....but I question the location. Next to and under a tree. ... not for me. ⚡️🌀🌪🌧⛈️ and you can't see the 🌟&🌚. Otherwise a great floorplan.
