Is that gas really $2.18 at 43:00 ?
Such a peaceful way of viewing. No loud music, just scenery with topical conversation. Perfect.
The ability to see the sites with a drone is the greatest invention since the camera.
I’m 63 years old and last year for the first time in my life, my son and I rode our Harley’s into Yellowstone right though West Yellowstone. I will never forget that week.
👍
Please do not ever stop doing your videos. It reminds me of all of my travels. I miss it so, since my Stroke...Thank You, Russ...
🦋🙏🏻🤩
@@endemanfarley1447Totally agree DrCarlo
RUclips is a God send for people with limited mobility.
👍
Please keep it a secret😅😅
Thanks!
Please bear with me, for just a few moments!
For the first time, in a very long time, I want to live, more than I've ever wanted to live, in all of my life! Watching these magnificent videos for only a few weeks now, has brought life back into my existence! I am a 73 yr old Vietnam veteran, I've lived alone now for the past 8 years, and because I no longer have a driver's license, I've lived in isolation, only traveling away from home on the first of the month, and that being to go to Walmart, to shop for groceries, etc and back to my home. Round trip is about 4 and a half miles! That's over a 8 year period of time!
Now, it is killing me to want to travel and see these Magnificent Destinations and enjoy the Absolute Unsurpassed Beauty that Your Unbelievable Videos prove to be truly real!
However, the absence of a license to operate a motor vehicle, I can see no possible way, nor, have I been able to imagine any viable options!!
This is tearing me apart and see no way out!
Thanks for your service! Make it happen James ! God Bless You !
Thanks james for your support , There are travel groups and travel clubs that offer excersions to different places If you have a local travel agency or try local facebook groups and ask around. maybe something might come up you can do. there are also travel groups for singles that share expenses. Happy new Years james
Take gentle care of yourself, James. These videos are a wonderful option.
Bro, I’d come up there and take you on a trip. I’m 60 years old and I’m a veteran of the US Navy but not that war. Welcome home sir.
@jamesjacks2010: "Please bear with me...". I don't believe a word of your tale, zero.
Back in 1959 I was on the first train that came through Earthquake slide area. The train moved very slow because they were not very sure what the tracks were like.
Lewis and Clark saw some real beauty! My God! it sure is awesome. Travel is the best medicine.
MONTANA, Yea,Thanks, RVerTV Russ. Enjoying the Journey 👍
Can't go wrong touring thru Montana, it's truly close to Heaven. But shush... don't tell folks how naturally beautiful it is!!
you only say that cause it's low population and nobody lives there, for example Washington state's 1930 population is double Montana's 2023 popualtion, a truely geographically isolated state
@@jakes4164 I lived in a rural area when I was a kid in NE Missouri close to the Iowa state line cause my family did not have a lot of money, did not like it and will never go back, and when I say rural I mean rural, in the valley I lived in there was probably more white tail deer than people
@@jakes4164 here is some education for you mountains are not required for valleys, the Valley I mentioned where I grew up in NE Missouri drops from high ground about 150 to 200 feet into the valley, the valley stretches at least 10 miles before you hit exit the valley to high ground again, the valley is 800 ft above sea level, as matter fact the upper midwest averages 800 to 1,000 ft above sea level until you hit south of St Louis, elevation starts dropping until you hit New Orleans, the river that runs through the valley is called the Chariton is starts in Iowa crosses into NE Missouri and dumps into the Missouri River in central Missouri, even though there are few mountains in Missouri mostly souther in the Ozarks NE Missori has some pretty abrupt terrian features with rolling hills that dip up and down pretty far and it's suprisingly heavly forested, hell even Iowa has enough forest that the state some logging operations
@@jakes4164 you don't need mountains to create valleys, NE Missouri has tons of steep rolling hills that create valleys, the one I live in drops 200 ft into the valley
@@jakes4164 : "you've gotta be built for this kind of terrain." So, that's why Montana has all the tests for people who want to move here.
They are simply failing the "you gotta be built" test Montana mandates.. Please stay home sir until... the next ice age or natural passing.
What I want to do, is impossible! And, because it is impossible, it is tearing me apart!
I am a 73 yr old Vietnam veteran, and for the past 8 years I've lived alone. I no longer drive, so for the past 8 years I've lived in, proverbial isolation. Only going out on the first of the month, and that would be to go so far away as Walmart, for groceries, and back home, all of about 4 and a half miles!
Now, Every fiber of my being is crying out to travel and see, at least, just a few of these Magnificently Beautiful places!
Yet, with the absence of a license to operate a motor vehicle, I am Totally Dead, right where I sit!

@@tuncaybozkus3633 You mind as well come on over. Everyone else is.
I love how the locals still gather on Main Street to watch the Tumbleweed Races.
Doesn't seem like you've ever traveled 93 from MIssoula to Kalispell, Russ. Flathead Lake is worth a visit.
I lived in Hamilton, Montana when the earthquake happened. I thought somebody was rocking the bed. And the animals on the farm were carrying on. I got out of bed and stood on the floor and will never forget the feeling! There were some campers killed in that earthquake. 😊❤
Hi Kathleen, What year was that? I live close to there, since 1991.
@@MTNurse
That would have been about 1959.
We sure enjoy your videos, Russ, but especially this one! When my husband was 6yrs old, his family was camping in one of the campgrounds that is now buried under that mountain. In fact, they had gone home the day before it happened. He tells me his dad was debating on whether to stay another night at the campground, he couldn't decide if he should call off work the next day or not- they were having so much fun showing their Texas family this area while enjoying camping and fishing, BUT...he ultimately decided they needed to go back home (Southern Idaho). The next morning, they wake in their own beds and learn about the earthquake that destroyed the campground they were just at, and his dad had also lost a co-worker that was also camping with his family in the same area. Their camper was crushed and all died from this earthquake. There are still a lot of bodies under that dirt. Thank the good Lord it wasn't their time!! Also- really like your choice in music too!
Very nice Montana 👍❤️😊
Your drone footage is breathtaking. Thoroughly enjoy your videos.
Montana the MOST beautiful state
was looking for something to watch (like a movie) and this popped up! what an enjoyable and well shot video. Beautiful.
Me too!! lol.. While on lunch at work.. Great video.
Oh I have absolutely loved this trip! They are all fantastic but Montana is somewhere I really would love to go someday. Watching this has made me all the more determined, how absolutely beautiful it is 😍 Loving these 'once in a Lifetime' films, thanks so much for taking us with you 🤗
I was in Montana and the surrounding states for a 15 day road trip with my best friend. I can very much relate to this video. Thanks for posting.
I was born and raised in Eureka. We go back every August for a couple of weeks. We stay at different Forest Service Campgrounds along the Kootenai River. Thank you for the ride.
Well, that was a relaxing and scenic video. Montana delivers. I watched it all in one sitting. What makes it easy to maintain highways is less truck traffic. Highway 2 would be a maintenance nightmare if it didn't have a rail line next to it most of the way. When rail is available there is a limited need for truck traffic. I grew up a mile from highway 2 in North Dakota, and didn't appreciate the fact that it is 2600 miles long and had a Great Northern rail line paralleling it all the way. I look forward to the Idaho segment of this series.
Top notch content. Yes you should've brought a fishing pole🤣👍
Montana is absolutely Stunning Russ ,,
Thank you with all the way from Yellowstone ❤

I had a Aunt Uncle and two Cousins were in Yellowstone when the Earth Quake hit. My Aunt said later in years it was a scary thing experience and never wanted to experience it again.
Yellowstone is nothing but a volcano. It should scare the dickens out of anyone ‼️
My wife and I visited this awesome view just one year after the event., I am 87 now and i am amazed at how time has passed me.
It's been 30 plus years since I've seen earth quake lake. Just amazed me on how much it's dropped and changed since I've seen it.
Montana so beautiful 🎉🎉❤❤
So this is a montage of videos done three years ago ? Well done. I particularly like the 360 deg drone views.
Beautiful, I am 73 and am looking forward going on a bicycle tour Calgary,Glacier Park ,Yellowstone,Teton over to Oregon and down to California til.S.F. Hitchhiked there in 1977.Real fantastisc landscape

What a program and what an interesting traveling you doing around USA States. I was just watching the Montana State one, so so beautiful, exciting and interesting views, photos and facts and figures you bringing to viewers ,,,,thank you sir. Ill be keep watching until you finished broadcasting it to us. Thanking you, Anna from South Australia.
Glad to see your enjoying the trip, while we get to watch the road. And we love the fact that you show us so many sides, but nothing else.
This park is so difficult to see what it has to offer ..... so much stuff to see and do ....
What a great place
I’m from Whitehall and I love seeing you explore this beautiful state. Thank you, Russ.
I live in Brazil, and Montana is the closest place to heaven in this world, i wish one day i may go to Montana
So the “Big Lake on hwy 37 from Eureka to Libby, Mt is a Reservoir. The name comes from a contest they had when they put the dam in. It’s Koo(Kootenai River, &Tribe) Can (Canada) USA (USA). The road is also very bumpy when pulling a trailer. Also the tour of the dam is great and tells the history of the land and area.
Montana is a very beautiful state! In 1987 my husband and I took our two children on a trip out west that they still remember well. They were 14 and 10 years old. We left OH and started to CA on a southern route, visiting state parks. In N. Mexico (caves but I can’t think of the name) and also the Grand Canyon in AZ. We went on to LA, visited old friends and their children, and came back a northern route through Montana, where we saw Old Faithful. We then came on through The Bad Lands, then home! We were gone almost three weeks.
As a native Montanan, now living in the Midwest, I love these videos. Russ, how about a video of the Bitterroot Valley traveling up US Hwy 93 from Lost Trail pass up to Missoula and to Flathead Lake?
Just LOVE your travels, Russ. Beautiful camera work. New music, eh? I like it - very calming and peaceful. Good choice. Thank you and I look forward to your latest videos in Quartzite, especially the upcoming Christmas Parade! Saw your video on the parade last year, very fun. Stay safe!
Loved this video so much, I have property in the Yaak where the long bridge over Lake Koocanusa leads to. A 2nd grader named it…. Kootenai, Canada, U.S.A… KooCanUSA :)
Loved this video so much and thank you so much for sharing your travels :)
👍
I have been to the Quake Lake area many times. There is a nice campground there and I actually canoed on the lake itself. There was an actual building along the highway that was a place for the historic story of that event. I don't remember seeing that in the video, it many not be open anymore. Beautiful area, I would highly recommend to all your viewers. Will keep on watching the video, I am really enjoying it.
Great exploration around Montana Rocky Mountain. Good exercise, nice view and close to nature. Tnx4sharing. Watching from DUBAI
Beautiful .Thank you for sharing.
What a beautiful video! I can not wait to be able to travel and live life out on the road. I hate being stuck in one place. I wasn't born for this 😅 thank you for taking us a long.
Супер. Большой. Самый чудесный рай
Wonderful to see today as it’s a rainy, gray day in WV and calling for snow showers overnight! I miss going out west, going to have to get started again. Thanks Russ!
This brings back awesome memories from days past...I rode my Mountain bike across Highway 2 starting from Libby, MT to Sandpoint then Coeur d'Alene and eventually pedalled on to Calder, ID along the St. Joe river and landed a job at a Cedar Mill.
Hi,,iam from indonesia,,i really enjoy your amazing video journey....really like it. Keep doing and keep moving your video journey. I'll always waiting your video again
I was a little kid and lived in Butte, Montana. I remember the earthquake. We drove down to see the rock slide. It hasn’t changed since 1959 much. We use to drive to Yellowstone all the time. Bears would stand on your car and beg.
Now you’re Cookin’ 🎉
I Love It! Be Safe on your travels… 😊
Big sky country!
📸
Been watching your videos for a while now. Finally got fiber internet in my area, and wow the pucture is amazing. Now I am gonna have to go back and rewatch all your videos! Thanks for all your hardworking Russ!!
The Hardy Bridge was featured in the movie the Untouchables!
Wishing you good luck, happiness and success.... may your trips be meaningful experiences😘😘😘😘
Hi Russ ..that's in my to do list to go there..but I'm afraid of bears🐻🤣 be safe 😊
It's interesting to sort of see through someone's eyes that does not live up here. It really is beautiful...
When we clicked on your video we did t think we’d watch the whole almost 3 Hour video but you did such a fantastic job we watched it all. Love your drone views. And your laugh is the best.
Awesome Awesome video. Thanks for bringing this to all of us that can’t travel right now for whatever reason. I’m 62 and still working but I’m watching this and I’m sayin I’ve got to go visit these areas in Montana for myself really soon ! I subscribed a while back while checking out your Blue Ridge videos which is very close to Georgia where I live . Safe travels Sir and enjoy your adventures. Thanks again for sharing all this !
Russ, such beautiful scenery good memories for me. We took our kids to The Tetons and yellowstone when they were 3, 5, 7 again when they were 9, 11,13. In the 90’s we took our 3 grandchildren repeating our Teton Yellowstone trip. photos of our 1st, 2nd and 3rd trip all kids sitting on a Yellowstone overlook with the river flowing down behind them.
Russ, I really enjoy watching your RUclips Channel! 👍👍👍👍👍 It's absolutely gorgeous in Montana! The Rocky Mountains are really beautiful! I wish you safe travels. Talk soon, Alan.
You got it right brother the early bird catches the worm 🪱 in Yellowstone. We waited 2 1/2 hours in stop and go traffic last summer. Not fun! Beautiful but you will fight the crowds
Yay. I love the mountains and sure am glad Russ is driving!
Hi russ great tour old towns an 2 lane blacktop so much scenic driving thanks alot . Cheers mate🇦🇺
Your always by yourself ,,,
Is it not lonesome-
You travel 🧳 lots !! I’ve seen in the past !!!
Thank you for the ride !!
Beautiful Scenery,,
I’d went through Yellowstone years ago ‘
Thank you thank you ! For taking me through one of the most beautiful places of the US...also you are a good commentator.
My van will be ready by the end of summer next year, and I will be hitting the road like you, Russ. Hope to see you in QS 2025 RTR, if not before. Thanks for the tour, Mike, in Oregon.
What a wonderful world
They were jumping off the bridge when we were there. If you cross over the bridge and go left it’s the scenic route but longer and windy
You're a very polite and good driver. Thank You for the video.😃
Russ, We have been watching and enjoying your videos for years. I am writing you to let you know you have upped your game (and pleasure for viewers) by changing to the new music -love it- AND going to long form. Watching your travels through your windshield and with your relaxing voice are two reasons that
we sold our camper (beyond the
repair issues of our 10 year old
Shadow Cruiser and our ages). Keep up the excellent work and your travels. All the best to you and many miles more! 8:29
Absolute beautiful state! Beautiful video! Ty for sharing thus Russ. Keep up the great videos! 👍🏻
This is one of my favorites 2nd time watchin
This was an absolutely great "Ride-a-Long"! Its got me re-thinking our change of rigs.......

You're welcome!
I'd travel there JUST for the fishing in that lake it must be out of this world. Snow ...Who's afraid of Snow. I'll by land at that place!!!!

Thank you so much for this video
For someone like me who's had so many struggles in life.
I've always wanted to at least travel the United States
So
With your videos least I get to see other places
Thank you 🙏
Interesting/informative/entertaining. Nice relaxing trip from the privacy of my computer room. Have explored areas of western Montana. Unfortunately not the infamous Crater Lake. Reminds me of the Mount Saint Hellen region after the volcano 🌋 blast 💥-!!! 😱. Very professional presentation-!!!😉
Great video and a great place thanks for showing sir ❤ just fantastic. Places I would never know about except for you thanks again
I've been told that some of my relatives camped in the campground that was destroyed the night before the quake. Depending on which route you took north, you would come to the town of Three Forks. Just south of Three Forks is a highway that heads west. Along that highway is Lewis and Clark Caverns. I personally prefer them over Carlsbad. Also, if a person is headed west, you can avoid one mountain pass on I-90, although it's a much narrower highway. You get back on I-90 at the Cardwell exit.
I paused the video between day 2 & 3 to thank you for the look at Old Faithful. I had never seen it before. In addition I also appreciate your explanation of Earthquake Lake. My youngest sister was born in April 10, 1959 when I was
10 1/2. I am now 75 but I do remember the year 1959 but I don't remember hearing about Earthquake Lake. Thank you for the narrative.
Koocanusa= KOOtenai CANada USA
I came here to type that. 😁
YAY!!!!!
Rv companies need to design a RV around a heated sleeper recliner ...a RV for 1 or 2 retired people. We have enough RV already designed to seat 10 people. Thanks for sharing. 💪🤠🤳
Frank Slide is another interesting story also. Its not too far north of where you are with this one.
Great videos also, thanks for sharing these 🍻✌💫
Back to 1995
My first and the last time to visit America that program name is culture exchange.
Helena, Montana my first State to stay with my host Family Mc.Cain about five night six day.
The best memory for me that I never forget until now .
❤️🇺🇸🇹🇭🇻🇮👍✌️
incredible Video, SO SO SO GOOD & THANK YOU JUST AS MUCH !!!!!😃
Montana, Wyoming and Colorado....best 3 states in the US!
Loving this video! If you ever go back through Craig again....look for Learard St, cross road by the Store. My companion, Learard Barnes, aka Barney. His uncle was a developer of the town and when naming the roads, he named one after his nephew Leornard. I We have a lot of family there. Loved building and living in a retirement house right along the river. Waving to floaters/rafters going by. Great place to live.
Came back in to add...Leonard Barnes was born in 1919, grew up in Craig, he lived to 97 years young...must be all the good life, fresh air, etc. Wow.
The drone video is really stable and clear. I like the ground view and the drone view.
Hello Mr. Russell. When you get to Great Falls. Be sure and vist. Black Egale falls. Not sure if the big tent is up here yet. Quartzsite.
Love your Montana videos…
