Tef. Yep it is slow to respond in your video just like the one I bought and returned on Amazon. My Lincoln 4C Adjustable is still the best insert I have used.

Yes but you might have to throw an extra clear lens to hold everything snug

Most of your single shade autodarking lenses and the steel frame variable shade lenses will fit just fine
