  • In this video, I have gathered every easter egg I can find in Assassin's Creed Origins and compiled them into one video. I asked you guys to send any you'd found, I looked up videos and looked at everything I could find and put in hours upon hours of searching on my own to find everything possible. There's no guarantee that I have covered it all, but here is my attempt. Hope you all enjoy this video as it took a lot of time and hard work to produce.

There's a quest called "Precious Bonds", a side quest about Bayek finding a precious ring for a bunch of peasants, and they care about the ring even above their dead friend. It's a clear reference quest to Lord of the Rings, for Gollum always calls the One Ring as "My precious".

I did that quest and that's what I thought to. I just wish that when Bayek throws the ring that if we found it we could take it for ourselves. But the ring just completely disappeared even tho I saw where it landed.

There is a reference to Haytham from 3 when he and Connor have their big fight, he says "Even when your kind seems to triumph, still we rise again, and do you know why?" "It's because the Order is born of a realization. We require no creed. No indoctrination of desperate old men, all we need, is that the world be as it is. And this is why the Templars shall never be destroyed."
This very set of lines is transferred in Origins. Travel to Cyrenne and just to the North of the fast travel point in the main city there is a market where you can hear a person say the same saying, but in the words of the Order of Ancients, not Templars.

In the hidden ones DLC in the last mission during a boss battle with I can't remember his name but in the fight he will throw you off the edge into water and run towards a catapult to use. The first time he does it he says the line, it's over I have the high ground which is an obvious Star Wars Revenge Of The Sith reference.

Baroque Chevalier Noir i actually dont think its an asterix and obelix easteregg. Okay maybe it is ALSO an a&o easteregg but im quite sure that its actually a darksiders easteregg. When you read the staturedescribtion of the two brothers in krokodilopolis the one with the scythe reads:" faithfull servant of death" and shows him brandishing his scythe, and the brawler reads: embodiment of war" with the description putting a lot of emphasis on his hands as weapons. Now, if we look at the art of darksiders whe see war with his gigantic left hand. I dont think the devs could be much clearer without actually copying the two characters

I think I found a George Orwell reference in the game. In the Faiyum District, after you met your informant (for assassinating the crocodile) on a ship, the ship's healer has a side quest, requesting you to investigate a plague going on in Faiyum. During the quest, a character accounts "shouldn't all people be equal?" Bayek answered "But some are more equal than others." I think this is a reference to George Orwell's Animal Farm. The original quotation from the book is "All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others."

Also, on the reference to Watch Dogs: there is a lot of evidence they are in the same universe. The big bad in Watch Dogs is a company called Blume. This is the same company that is making a bid to Abstergo to cover their network security. We see this in the hacked files in AC4.

Eventually you are knocked down into the water and then your opponent says the line "it's over Bayek, I have the high ground", which is a reference to a line in Star Wars Episode III that Obi-Wan says to Anakin.

The burning bush reference confirmed as it talk’s about Egypt and the Pharoah:
    Exodus 3:1-17New International Version (NIV)
    Moses and the Burning Bush
3 Now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian, and he led the flock to the far side of the wilderness and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. 2 There the angel of the Lord appeared to him in flames of fire from within a bush. Moses saw that though the bush was on fire it did not burn up. 3 So Moses thought, “I will go over and see this strange sight-why the bush does not burn up.”
4 When the Lord saw that he had gone over to look, God called to him from within the bush, “Moses! Moses!”
And Moses said, “Here I am.”
5 “Do not come any closer,” God said. “Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy ground.” 6 Then he said, “I am the God of your father,[a] the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob.” At this, Moses hid his face, because he was afraid to look at God.
7 The Lord said, “I have indeed seen the misery of my people in Egypt. I have heard them crying out because of their slave drivers, and I am concerned about their suffering. 8 So I have come down to rescue them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land into a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey-the home of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites. 9 And now the cry of the Israelites has reached me, and I have seen the way the Egyptians are oppressing them. 10 So now, go. I am sending you to Pharaoh to bring my people the Israelites out of Egypt.”
11 But Moses said to God, “Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the Israelites out of Egypt?”
12 And God said, “I will be with you. And this will be the sign to you that it is I who have sent you: When you have brought the people out of Egypt, you[b] will worship God on this mountain.”
13 Moses said to God, “Suppose I go to the Israelites and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they ask me, ‘What is his name?’ Then what shall I tell them?”
14 God said to Moses, “I am who I am.[c] This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ‘I am has sent me to you.’”
15 God also said to Moses, “Say to the Israelites, ‘The Lord,[d] the God of your fathers-the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob-has sent me to you.’
    “This is my name forever,
the name you shall call me
    from generation to generation.
16 “Go, assemble the elders of Israel and say to them, ‘The Lord, the God of your fathers-the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob-appeared to me and said: I have watched over you and have seen what has been done to you in Egypt. 17 And I have promised to bring you up out of your misery in Egypt into the land of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites-a land flowing with milk and honey.’

As well there is a side quest called Are you not entertained which references a movie but I don’t know what it’s called I think it’s Spartacus though.

I found one on my own. Near the FF 15 place(pretty sure I got this quest due to a code) completing a quest there gives a cutscene involving the guy you showed on the left, he gets picked up by some weird guy who looks like Eugene in his conduit form in infamous second son, and he leaves behind items. A sword called ultima blade, a shield called ziedrich, and a mount called a kweh. Literally had no idea what this was when I did the quest.

old video thought but another Easter egg is Harpe of Perseus, Harpe was the sickle used to behead the Gorgon Medusa, also the one used to denut Uranus by Kronos. Basically an interesting mythology easted egg. Also Layla's last name Hassan is based off the order or Hassan where the word Assasssin originates from

  • @HawasGames
    @HawasGames 5 лет назад

There's also one fairly obscure easter egg that's first hard to find and hard to put the two and two together.
Basically it's a Prince Of Persia Sands Of Time reference: one of the hallucinations you can get on a desert is one of a battlefield. The sounds accompanying it are ripped straight out of the beginning sequence of PoP Sands of Time, it's the same ambient battle sounds.
I mean, not sure if intentional easter egg or just recycled audio footage for a small thing in a game, but there are a lot of sound bites unique to heat stroke visions and yet this one is taken from PoP, seems like the former is at least just as likely if not likelier.

The burning bush could be referencing the Bible... I’ll back you up on that Fizhy since I’ve read it. Although there is no evidence to back up this claim it would be pretty cool of Ubisoft to put this in the game because it’s pretty close to the time of Jesus Christ. Which is pretty awesome. For all you interested this is referencing Exodus chapter’s 1-17 in which Moses talk’s to God through a burning bush. (Edit the burning bush in Assassin’s Creed Origin’s is indeed referencing this making this easter egg awesome because it means basically that Bayek saw the burning bush or (God) at the same time if not after Moses saw him)

The Easter egg with the note saying it's boring being posted here, bet it's more interesting being posted to the north, actually has a companion note at the guard post to North, which reads almost the same but opposite, along the lines of, it's boring being posted here, bet it's interesting being being posted to the South. I don't know of any game of thrones reference, I just thought it was interesting you brought this note to everyone's attention but not the second note that matches it. When I first discovered the two notes it made me laugh at the pointlessness of this Easter egg since I didn't see any reference to anything other than the two notes voicing two different guards complaining about the same thing and thinking it'd be more interesting where the other guard's post is. Just another tedious detail to make the world come alive with subtle irony amidst all the vengeance and blood shed of the every day grind.

If u go to a certain spot on the map you see a falling comet fall from the sky activating the quest “gift of the gods” and in finishing the sundial puzzle nearby, a character from final fantasy appears in a sky portal and leaves behind a sword, shield, and bird camel for bayek to use. I know that sounds like I’m tripping balls but Ubisoft actually did that
