RECIPES:
Kale and herb frittata (17.5g protein per serving)
100g kale
4 spring onions
10 eggs
Salt & pepper
Large handful of green herbs (coriander, parsley, dill)
100g Greek yogurt
1 tsp. baking powder
Berry & apple chia seed pot (12g protein per serving)
150g blueberries
2 apples
1 tsp. cinnamon (use half for cooked fruit and half for chia seeds)
2 cups almond milk
200g yogurt of choice (I use coconut)
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup chia seeds
1 tbsp. goji berries
1 tbsp. nut butter
Extra sweetener (optional)
Butternut squash feta quinoa & chicken (38g protein per serving)
Chicken:
4 x 100g chicken breast
1 tsp. dried oregano
1.5 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cumin powder
1.5 tbsp. jerk powder
1.5 tbsp. yogurt
salt and pepper
3 tbsp. EVOO
Butternut squash quinoa:
200g cooked chickpeas
1 cup (uncooked quinoa) or 3 cups cooked quinoa
½ butternut squash
75g feta
100g parsley
1 roasted pepper
3 tbsp. EVOO
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper
Red lentil and coconut pot, brown rice & green beans (22g protein per serving)
300g uncooked red lentils (cook with 1tsp. turmeric)
1 white onion
3 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
1 tbsp. ghee or 2 tbsp. EVOO
½ tsp. mustard seeds
1 tsp. tsp. cumin seeds
½ tsp. fennel seeds
8-10 cardamom pods
½ tsp. chill
1 tbsp. curry leaves
Salt & pepper
1 tin/ 400g plum tomatoes t
1 tbsp. garam masala
½ tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. curry powder
400ml coconut milk
large handful fresh coriander
300g green beans
1.5 tbsp. EVOO
salt
1 cup uncooked brown rice

I would love more of these videos, I have been following you for almost a year & whenever I put people on I go to your channel. My son tried 1 of your bowls & was blown away by the taste & the presentation. At 1st he was a stern no, but once he tried it, it was game over. I always make 1 extra bowl just to have on deck or pass on to friends & family. Everyone loves them. Thank you so much. Keep up the great work, its deeply appreciated.
One thing I am learning now that I am no longer living with my parents is that every meal does not need meat. I catch myself sometimes looking for meat but I don’t always need it.
Yess more please! I love that they are all gluten free too, would love a week of meals video to show variety without having to spend a whole lot of money on lots of diff ingredients

Hi Tish! Not sure if anyone’s ever asked for this before - but I’ve bought your books and you’ve introduced me to amazing things like Tamari and dukka and tahini and how to make a salad interesting. For those reasons it would be amazing to have a video where you went through all the dressings as I find myself filtering through your videos and books when I’m stuck to pull the dressings out of each recipe.
Okay. I made both the chia seed pots and the chicken and quinoa and i love them both so much. And the quinoa worked out this time😂. Definitely looking forward to trying the other two. Please do more of these!

Better to remove the froth forms when boiling the lentils, this will reduce bloating.

I made the chia seed bowls! I usually don’t like chia seed anything but OMG!!! These are seriously delicious all together. With some chi seed pudding, a little bit of the nut butter and some of the baked fruit…seriously divine!!!

Sis!! Listen, that red lentil coconut was so delicious and easy to make! Thank you for sharing your talent. Made a slight substitute : didn't have the pods so left that out . Didn't have fennel so I replaced with coriander seeds. Didn't have curry leaves so I replaced with bay leaves.

I would like to ask you, what could I substitute tomato with for the lentil dish?? It looks and smells (i imagine is 🤭) deliciously, but at home, I have people that cannot eat tomatoes, hence the question. I'd like to give the gift of your lovely lentil dish, but need to bear in mind tomatoes are the problem. What would you suggest i could use instead???

Thanks so much 💕🫶🏽 there’s not replacement for tomatoes. This dish would work really well without tomatoes. Just add extra stock and use coconut milk. You could add pepper but I assume you’re avoiding nightshades so that might not be a great choice! Enjoy cooking up these ideas 😘

As always, brilliant recipes Tish. Have been picking up so many of your ideas lately and they always hit the spot. Even became a sardine aficionada... Was a long time coming (my mother tried v. hard before...). 1 thing that is not doing it for me are butternut squashes... So underwhelming, just plain no matter the level of seasonning! Anyh, Keep the videos coming, dear.
Haha! Love sardines!! Try getting a sweet butternut squash! Not all have the same flavour. If you want a really tasty squash try a red kuri if you can hunt one down! Game changer 🫶🏽
