what do you use to record your videos and replay animations like flaps, speedbrakes etc

I only use flight recorder to replay. Most times I'm not actually replaying and parts like takeoffs and cruise are recorded live from the passenger view.

@@cwp31how do you record live when you have to fly the airplane?

@@JoeDFWAviation For just a simple takeoff - I will try to maintain centerline on taxiways and runways from the wing view (which isn't easy and usually takes many attempts to get it the way I want it to look like). Once airborne, I'll let the autopilot do the rest. I have the displays popped out on another monitor to make sure nothing crazy is happening.
For landings - I fly it all while the replay is recording... then I sit on the wing view afterwards and let the replay fly the airplane.
This is why we really need the ability to have simultaneous views so you can be in the cockpit on one screen and a wing view on the other. Would be 10x easier to do, but for now that is how I make my content. I hope this helps!
