      Don't be a dick. Unless you know something about Charlestown. Small tight streets that cannot be reached by apparatus. Great ladder work considering the low electric wires and tight confines. This aint the suburbs.

      A) as the other commenter said, small streets with no access for fire apparatus
      B) if you read Commish by Leo Stapleton, you would learn that there were hydrant(s) in the area not working, so water supply was an issue at first
