Thank you much appreciated! I only wish Apexx had this trailer back when I built my first trailer. I would have snatched it up and saved myself the trouble😁👊🏻 thanks for watching! Don't forget to subscribe if you haven't
We plan on running six T60 drones next spring. Custom spreading granular fertilizer. Air conditioners for upper deck pilot’s command station and chargers is a must. Need approx 6 ton hopper for fertilizer. 45 foot trailer pulled by 1 ton dually. Hydraulic unfolding walls to give us lots of room on the upper deck is preferred. What are your thoughts on the design of this?
Hey there. Sounds like a pretty elaborate setup. One concern I would have is maneuverability given that is a very long trailer and with the truck will be difficult to navigate tighter access fields. Not sure where you're located or what type of terrain you'll need to navigate to get your spray work done but if you plan on running six drones off one trailer you're going to need multiple generators, and supporting equipment. Honestly I think flying six drones off one rig is going to be challenging to say the least and probably less efficient than having three separate trailers with two drones on each. Having that option would afford you more maneuverability and enable you to keep your team close to the start point and resumption point for each of the two drones. With six you're going to need to move very frequently. I'd love to hear what you decide to do and how it works out for you maybe I'm wrong just my two cents Good luck! If you need diesel generators I get great pricing on them and offer all sizes.
We are feeding our spreaders with Super B’s. We have 2 Deere boom trucks and a spinner currently running. Like to have each machine spread 30,000 acres. Takes 5 drones to equal 1 of our other machines at 1/3 the cost. Not sure if it’s possible but we are looking into it! We are in Southern Alberta 🇨🇦
Well it sounds like you have a great plan put together and have put a bunch of thought into it. I wish you the best of luck with it would be curious to hear how that goes!
This guy has more money than he knows what to do with! His first setup was over $200k he said, this trailer alone (in basic config) is $60k! Now he has a truck setup…. Holy hell! Venture Capital money running rampid!
Hey there thanks for checking back in. That all in cost on the previous trailer was over 200k with two drones and all needed equipment. That trailer itself all in was about 65,000. This trailer as it sits is about 75,000 with the added 100 gallon inductor tank. You can get a base model for 65k. We aren't Venture capitalists either. I know that's the easy explanation but just hard-working folks with a solid business plan and ability to make money
Hey there you can get them from your local distributor for TruKleen. Mine happens to be a Kubota dealership if you look at the F / s manufacturing catalog you'll see those parts offered.
Hey there thanks for watching! The trailer as this sits is about 75,000 considering I added the 100 gallon cone inductor tank on the back you can get a basic setup without the upper deck Landing platform for roughly 65,000. You can order it in a bumper pull or gooseneck let me know if you're interested we can custom order one
Hey there thanks for watching. This trailer is it sits is roughly 75,000 with the 100 gallon inductor tank on the rear you can order it in gooseneck or bumper pull whichever you prefer. Let me know if you're interested we are a dealer. You can also order it without the upper Landing deck for roughly 65,000 which is the base model
Definitely the sweetest setup I’ve seen!
