Self defense should hold in the case of Vi vs. Silco's goons as they were acting to save another person, and their lives were in clear and present danger.
Vi served seven years in jail, she is also not responsible for Caitlyn’s actions, as Caitlyn’s a decorated officer of the law, and she attempted to kill a criminal in the defense of a citizen who would have been murdered otherwise. Vi used self defense against the thugs who tried to gank her and her friends, if anything you could put this under excessive force, though a judge would most likely side with her. I was thinking that too. Like most the times where Sevika’s fighting Vi, it’s cause Vi starts it, he can’t be charged for that realistically. And as for her and Jayce in the factory, Jayce is a government official, and the enforcers came with him for a legally sanctioned raid on a criminal enterprise. Anyone killed there was collateral damage.
Viktor's Hexcore was, though his creation, a sentient thing. It's actions were it's own. It's like charging a parent for their child's crimes.
Not only that, but Skye willingly ran into the blast from the Hexcore. If I snuck into railway tracks and get hit by a train, despite the best efforts from the conductor to stop me and the train from colliding, the conductor would not be changed for that.
Jayce's attack on the shimmer factory was a government sanctioned raid. Once again, collateral.
Jinx on tbe blimp is defending herself and the stock, however poorly. It's still illegal, but if self defense could be argued then it's not quite murder. Splashing Chuck's back with paint wouldn't qualify as a one year assault charge. She killed Silco in defence of Violet, and didn't even mean to do so, so at the very least it wouldn't be a first degree murder.
silco in the thumbnail looking like he tryna get jinx another sister😭
According to your height chart. Jinx/Powder is 7ft tall. It's probably because she's hunched slightly.
I only see tax fraud for Silco.
