Lots of names for this OST, "Jiren humiliates Goku" and "Kefla's theme" were the most popular names so I went with the Jiren Humiliates Goku because episode 109 had the better fighting sequence ; )
Edit: I just learned the official OST volume 2 came out last week and the official name is A Fearsome Foe, smh
I increased the tempo of the intro section by about 20% since it sounded kinda bland just into piano form. Sections 0:55 - 1:00 you can play as just 7th chords and not as octaves to make it more comfortable to play ; )

It sounds like a guy took his fiance go a volcano for the honeymoon, but the volcano suddenly starts to heavily erupt, and she falls in the lava flow due to vibration(the song starts when she falls in.)then it goes in to the guy being a shock for a while, but eventually he realisesthan he needs to run. He starts, but trips over everything in his path, and thankfully the flow is slow but large. Soon he trips again, and the tip of his foot touches the lava, and he screams in agony. He gets back up, climbing a hill high enough for safety, but is traumatized and bruised from his experience. And that concludes it.
