Kale and Caulifla are very purposefully developed to be counterparts to Brody and Goku respectively, and both do very well showcasing how those two would interact in the world that is Universe 6. The only bad things I have to say are that we don't get enough of the Universe 6 saiyans, and that I personally am not a big fan of Kale's English voice work.
@@jasonkeith2832 One could argue Caulifla's more of a counterpart to Gohan, given the whole potential thing she has going on. ...Hopefully this doesn't mean she'll get shafted in her next appearances like Gohan was.

They've already forgot about them which sucks considering they had potential to be good characters later on in the story, only reason why they weren't during the TOP was because there wasn't nearly enough time to develop them properly before hand. Hell they've already forgot about Broly for that matter.
The one gripe I have with Kefla as a character is that her personality is exactly the same as Caulifla's. Sure, you can say that Caulifla is the dominant personality, but the fusion should logically still have at least some of Kale's personality traits as well.
But how much of Kale's personality are we really shown outside of her anxiety and fear for the majority of her screentime? I do agree that Kefla is 95% Caulifla, but we don't see enough of Kale's true personality like we do Caulifla.
