GWM Philippines already sold hundreds of GWM Cannon pickup trucks since last and its their number one best selling vehicle.
I prefer this Cannon pickup truck over the Ranger,D Max and Navara.
The chinese have come a long way with their vehicles and technology as a whole. very impressed with this truck

Mabenta to sa Australia, actually grabe sila gumamit ng Utes talagang laspagan. Common ko to nakikita but I wonder sa Pinas kung bebenta yan given na bias ang Pinoys sa Japanese brands.
Bumibenta naman. Kailngan lang tlg ieducate ang mga pinoy kasi un nga brainwashed for decades ng japanese and in terms of automotive knowledge lacking tlg. But some who prefer technology at value for money pagna introduce sa cannon almost always sold nman agad. Theres literally no competition at its price point.

I have (both new and old designs) and this looks nothing like the Tundra.
The only reason why you think it looks similar is because this thing lies in the boundary between a mid-size pick-up and a full-size pick-up.
And if you even dared to look at the other full-size pick-ups in the US especially during the time of the previous look of the Tundra (pre-2021 facelift), they all practically look identical with very minor differences.
Like the Nissan Titan, Ford F-150, Ram 1500 and more.
@@dickmelsonlupot7697 Patawa ka? Mind checking the 2nd gen Tundra or the Sequoia and tell me again how they dont have any similarities especially the front fascia. Nissan Titan or F150, any Gen, look nothing like the 2nd gen Tundra. Maybe you need new prescription eyeglasses seeing as you do use them. What Titan or F150 version has a trapezoid grill and almost the same headlight shape and placement? Looks and Segment (size) are two different things. I said "Looks." Context Sir... Context. Well the previous model strada not that triton one performed poorly on its crash test. In fact in the side impact test it rolled over. On the frontal test its rear jumped like crazy similar to characteristics of the old ranger. Nothing like the 5 ⭐ ancap test video the cannon has. But hey nobody cares about safety right?! coz you are too biased on the name of the brand. Or maybe you are just brainwashed for decades that you seem to be having difficulty in opening up to new possibilities.

I actually think we will be better off as a colony of china. Filipinos have proven themselves unworthy of governing their own. Years of freedom = walang asenso. Napagiiwanan na tayo ng mga karatig nating bansa. and yah the Chinese are seriously way above us. So prejudices towards them should really be buried in the past. It’s a Chinese made truck,with no known track of reliability that’s why it’s cheap compared to other brand,l bet it has a 10yr powertrain warranty to enticed buyers,but beware,be smart what’s important is what’s under the hood!
Well I have been going to China back and forth for years for work and it’s not as what you say. Mas matibay pa Chinese made vs Korean made.
GWM Cannon is actually way more reliable than the Ford Ranger as it uses a very reliable diesel engine 😊
