Her fascination with law, the need to protect, In the world of crime, she had quite the effect. From courtroom to cobblestone streets that she roamed, In pursuit of true justice, her purpose well honed. But inside the force, a cruel darkness lurked, Misdeeds and misconduct wherever they worked. A colleague's betrayal, a trust come undone, A new stark reminder, the battle not won. Yet still she stood firm, her resolve never swayed, In adversity's path, she was never dismayed. Her story courageous, so brave and so just, In the realm of the law and the order we trust.
A very weird, regrettably amateurish interview. What was 'Times Radio' thinking ? ! It may go down well with 'outsiders', but hardly inside the Force, the Civil Service, and Government policy-makers' where the points she wants to make would matter. Hopefully practice will improve, if not make this performance perfect. A more formal, professional interview setting, with chairs, a table, business clothing and a more conventional 'interviewing' camera angle would help - as well as practising what points she wants to put across. Or maybe it was always about flogging a book.
Admin girl to detective in 9 months….mmmm, I’m shocked that this didn’t go well for her. A shocking and desperate scheme enabled her to enter a job she clearly wasn’t suited to. She’s not cut out for police work, that much is obvious from this short interview, and she’s certainly not well versed enough to be judging the met or selling her ‘story’. Cringe.
I’m afraid working in a testosterone filled atmosphere, like the met you get on with it & you need to be tuff. A lot like the Army you can’t complain about ruff and tumble.
@@Liverpoolboy01 One G & & I’m 💯% white British thank you. I could just imagine her going to the Ukraine to fight & complaining her high heels were sinking in the mud!
Yup. It was irrevocably destroyed by May and Osborne/Cameron. However - I read with interest the comments made by a former colleague about this person on her Twitter account. He is someone who’s opinion I trust. Huge integrity. Very capable. Honest. Intelligent. He worked with her and said she was one of the poorest calibre officers he’d ever worked near. He detailed clearly a time when she’d provably lied about her lateness and detailed a string of incompetence. I would be very very cautious about believing the version of events given. They were actually being managed out of the police they were so poor during their probation according to the the Detective Sergeant commenting. I know him to be very open minded and fair. This former officer must have been very poor for him to challenge her ‘truth’
Everyone dressed in black again today. You'd think that with the weather being so nice everybody would be in bright clothing, wouldn't you? I wonder why they are dressed in black? Could it be something to do with black being the colour of service? Might explain why this woman gets airtime to tell a story about police incompetence. There seems to be a determined effort to break down the current police force and allow social anarchy to win out. Interesting too that she has a book out too. My guess would be that she was only ever a police officer by name and it was always the intention for her to quit and tell her story. I would say she was probably employed to do that very thing in fact. I wonder who might be her pay master then? Hmmmm.... MI6 maybe?
@@Liverpoolboy01 Nonsense. If she cared so much about policing then surely she would have stayed and tried to make a difference. I know a lot of police officers, both current and retired, not one of them would take the attitude of quitting to publicly complain about conditions or policy. If you have a complaint about your employer do you go write a book and appear on as many tv shows as you can? Of course not, you raise a complaint internally and if necessary take it to a tribunal. Knowingly or not, she is part of a political movement that is sold as female empowerment but is only there to break down the society that we know. This great reset that the wef talk about, it's all part of that, everything you know will be reset. It is you that is uninformed.
