love the look of those things but was heartbroken the first time i got to ride one and i couldnt turn without smashing the pedals on the ground.

Probably because the crank was too long or it was on another part that lowers that bike which you can switch out to make it rideable but its completely fixable
I couldn't get any speed the are geared low. My semi recumbent is just as bad its geared so high you have to scoot with your feet to get moving.
Don’t even blame u I still manage to smash pedals on the ground with a mtb due to sharp turns
Yeah, you want it to be stylish and fly, but my first rule is the bike must be rideable. Otherwise what's the point. I love those show bikes, where they are literally just works of metal art. But personally, I wanna be able to ride around on it, flex, parade a bit.

Damn, I miss my bike like crazy lol I was 15 years old, riding that thing all over my neighborhood, scraping the pedals every time I turned a corner 😅 I had to sell it a few years back for some extra cash, but luckily I sold it to a friend of mine that may still have it. If not, I'll just build one, but this time way better.

Hell yeah! Lovely bikes...I recently bought a frame but I don't know what brand it is so I don't know what kind of crankset I need to buy. The crankset hole looks a little small so I don't know if a one piece crank will work. All I know is that the frame is 20". If anyone can help me with any information, it's much appreciated. I might have to take it to a bicycle shop and see what parts I need to order to make a decent lowrider, I always wanted one and now I have the frame to build one. Ty for the upload 👍🇲🇽

Love lowrider bikes but they're too damn small that's why I always go with beach cruisers instead
I'm modding a Beach Cruiser right now as a matter of fact. Powder blue with all twisted Chrome. It's certainly going to be a head turner and I won't have to pedal with my knees touching my chin trying to ride it either.

This bike is almost perfect. It was very easy to assemble. ruclips.net/user/postUgkx2YFGCCEkXKgqCOH-7vlvgb4L4hg4IrXI The fit was great as well. I am 5'11" and 160 lbs with a longer torso and rather shorter legs, and 55cm is a perfect fit. Every component seems to be pretty decent and durable except the rear wheel. It was a bit lob-sided and also the freewheel component is either missing a ball bearing or under lubricated, which prevents the wheel from rotating freely. Because of that, it requires more pedaling and also climbing hills a lot harder than expected. Other than the back wheel, I like everything else about it. Affordable and well-built.** UPDATE **It turns out the sound was caused by the tight chain tension. Once I loosen it up by moving the backwheel a tad bit closer to the crankset, the sound went away.

The pedal will hit the floor. I have a semi recumbent its even worse the gear will drag on a bump. I have to be careful going around a corner or it will dig in.
