Here's the rub and why this is all bullshit - if you have to take a "prep course" to try and "game" your score and improve it, the test has zero merit and should not be given to candidates. If you are searching for an ideal candidate, there should be absolutely no prep required. The test taker is either a natural fit or isn't. If a test taker can take a prep course to improve their score, it's nothing more than an SAT or LSAT test hack that artificially elevates me into the running for a job I'm not in actuality qualified to occupy.

Those number series questions are brutal on the Caliper test.
