Premier Walkabout: Best Spot to Watch F1 Singapore

- First time watching F1 Singapore Night Race live. I purchased Premier Walkabout ticket as I would like to explore all the viewing spots along the track. Best view so far is at Turn 22 where you can have wide angle visibility to see the cars turning towards the pit stop or finishing line.
Premier Walkabout ticket costs SGD 148 which gives access to walk from Zone 1 to Zone 4. Viewing platforms are available along the way with some provide free seating. First come first served.

dear sir, after finish the race if want see the podium celebration from premier walkabout it is possible ? or only in pit grandstand have chance to see the podium celebration ? appreciated it thanks
Nice video, thanks for sharing. I think you've missed the best spot for the ticket type. Inside the circuit, Turns 1-3. This is where I spent the whole of Practice 2. Plenty of space and very good views.

@@Anita3Alex Zone 4 is way too overcrowded. Definitely go for Premier. There are quite a few changes this year with Bay no longer being used, but on the inside at Turns 1-3 and on the inside by the Flyer, opposite the new Promeade grandstands would be my pick for 2023.

It depends. If you want a guaranteed seat, close to the main stage, then yes. Personally, I did Stamford 3 day and a premium walkabout for the Friday in both 2019 and 2022. That's a good way of experiencing the best of Zone 1 during practice but you can follow the race more easily from a grandstand.

but i still dont understand about walkabout and stands different,so walkabout is technically we dont get a seat ?
thank you ! There is no predetermined seat number but they do have some stands along the track also some with seat but it first comes first serves 🏎️

Actually, I do have a question - if I buy a grandstand ticket that gives me access to all 4 zones (like Turn 2 Grandstand, for example) does that also give me access to these viewing platforms? What else is in the other zones that's directly race-related (so not the food, shopping, concerts or other activities).
As long as your ticket is valid for all 4 zones you can have access to these viewing platforms. You can go to Uptown and watch the race from the big screen. There is meet and greet with the drivers on certain time slot.

Did you have to get there early in advance on Sunday to get a seat at some of the better spots? If so how early did you go?
Hello, I think I went there just about 1 hour early before the practice session start. There were already full capacity on some of the better viewing decks. But, some people came and go so I waited a bit to get the seating spot. I think it’s better to come earlier :)

Hi, it was from the official F1 GP website. Yes, I just checked that the option isn’t available now. I used to be able to choose just 1 day ticket not a combine 3 days pass.

It’s from the official website singaporegp.sg under Friday premium walkabout category, there is no reserved seating on this ticket category.
Hello. Going to SG GP this year for the first time. For this view of turn 22. Is there any free seating ? Did u managed to get one? Bought premier walkabout but still concern about not getting any seats.
Hello! under the premier walkabout is all free seating first come first served. If you couldn't get any seat, it's still fun to experience the different viewpoints by walking around to the other zones.
