Hi Martin. Thank you for yet another great and honest review of our products. Regarding that evaluation period a fix has already been deployed. When using the Sense innstallation flow in the App the evaluation period will be set according to main fuse size. If main fuse is 25 Amps or less you will get the new faster reacting (10 min) evaluation period and a little bit of averaing added to not let very short power spikes stop or reduce the charging for significant time. Regarding the offline behaviour, we are currently looking into a fix for it . Best regards Atle
@@hotdogsoup-nl Hi again Martin, we have now gone live with the new offline behaviour fix. This new behaviour is mainly for innstallation with a main fuse of 25 A or less. It should detect that it is offline after 10 to 20 minutes. (PS some more work is needed on frontend / App side)

I was planning to install the Zaptec go soon (since I have the homewizard setup and 8kw of solar panels) - I just read that a Zaptec go 2 is to be released in Q4 which will feature dynamic fase switching. Might wait for this one in combination with the sense module.👍 oh, and it will feature V2G as well!
I installed sense yesterday (the old p1 with more devices) And did the same test and my charging ”paused” I waited a long time but it did not start. My Installation process was a pain, low wifi signal etc even if it should be more than fine. Fun te se this video only one day after my ”frustration about the same issue”

Contact Zaptec support they are very helpful and fixed my issues :)
