It could be my bias for metal speaking, but I feel like there's just more emotion in your covers than in his versions. Overall, great job, and I hope you keep doing these covers because they're a joy to listen to! Not just of Mandopony, but of any song that you think is worth covering!

I know it's fashionable to destroy others in the name of cancel culture, but it's worth not blindly following and actually dealing with the real criminals - anyone can be accused by making a victim of themselves, only for fame or because of envy, or even just because others do it.

I just don't think I can compete with Caleb Hyles cover 😅 I usually don't mind if artists have already covered a song I'm working on, but in this case, Caleb's song is EXACTLY what I would want my cover to be... Groovy, heavy and catchy. (Also that guitar tone is killer). But additionally to that, he's got a strong f#cking voice. He's got a more impressive range than I do, and he had the budget to make a FIRE lyric video. Even if some might end up prefering my version, I would keep comparing myself to his version and probably crush myself in the process 😅 So yeah... Unlikely a cover of that song will happen anytime soon 🥲

Also, the 'speaking' part, in this version?- Way better than the original. The deepening and rasping of the voice, when reciting the character's threat makes it way more intimidating, like it should have been.
