OK other than the fact that Tony should’ve never been turned into a zombie due to the fact that he’s wearing a nano tech armor the other thing that bothers me so much with this episode is no matter how long a person has been a zombie they all look the same amount of rotted like literally Hope becomes a zombie and then five minutes later has rotted to the point that she looks like she has been a zombie for years
Well, for Tony, his suits are always depicted as very breakable and with the sheer numbers plus zombified cap and hank, it was bound to happen at some point. As for the rotting, it does seem to depend. Since Happy seemed to just turn Blue. Hope might have been eaten a bit extra though in fairness.
I didnt watch the episode but based off this and knowing how the zombies originally worked in the comics. Its possible his armor came on after he was bitten Edit: just watched it. Your right he shouldnt have been zombified. At least not like that
The What If zombies episode was absolutely perfect, the story, action, animation was absolutely top class. Never thought Zombies would be such a good fit for Marvel, really enjoyed Spider-Man and Bruce Banner in the episode. Super excited for the new Marvel Zombies animated series 😊
Compared to what was in the comic, this is a pre-school version. Everything is so sterile (no remains, no traces of chaos, just ominous silence and dusty streets, anyone who has read the commix understands what I'm talking about)
the fact they are killing each other left and right but keep saying one liners is really, idk, jarring? it feel so weird how they dont get traumatized about killing their friends
The idea of a world where Hulk is the only Avenger left. Guarding the last bastion of survivors. Only because Zombies cant bit through him. I'd imagine even if they can, the radiation would kill any virus.
If they can't retain their power of rational thinking after being infected, how can they still be able to use their powers and skills? More specifically for infecting others
If you had to choose one of the avengers abilities for you to use in a zombie apocalypse, which would it be? For me, likely be Wasp or Ant Man. I mean in every trouble he survives This episode was so good Danai Gurira plays a strong warrior in a zombie apocalypse 🤔 No I can’t think of anything
I still don't get how those zombies can fight so intelligently if they are meant to be zombies. Zombies don't think or act on their own. Otherwise, they are not zombies, they are undead instead. Marvel should do Animated movies like how DC does with its DCAMU. Irony the voice of Captain America was the spectacular Spider-Man. the only way to stop the zombie apocalypse first for the Avengers never to get bitten What if was so dark and good I wanted more what if S2😢 How did Banner turn into the Hulk all of a sudden in this episode can anyone explain What's worse than zombies are smart zombies that hunger for flesh and kill everyone? I like how it’s scary but funny still Zombie Hulk would be TERRIFYING Even infinity stones can't cure Thanos from the zombie virus? Why does Bucky always use firearms against superhumans? The dead with power is more ridiculous than the dead that run and walk... When someone is dead is simply "dead". Cannot be better for someone alive. Fantasy or not... Most of the characters that have super durability should have gotten infected that just seemed stupid It took no time for Sharon and Happy to transform whereas Hope became a zombie much later and it took longer I didn't like this episode. Mainly cause it was a very simplified version of what was done in the comics. It was hinted at, but the zombies are still them. But they have a strong desire to eat flesh the writing in this feels very unintentionally funny "Wakanda forever- ah!" Meanwhile In another Multiverse.... Rick Grimes kills Walker Captain America: who the hell are you guys? Captain America raises his shield. Rick Grimes: We're the Walking Dead..... Ends in the post-credit scene I love the animation Curious that zombie Cap died exactly the same way as Cap Carter In the comics everyone was a zombie even Hulk I wish they had stayed true to it Magneto is actually among some of the last heroes who didn’t die Spider-Man was a zombie too Is this an actual series? If so where can I watch it? Captain America: can hold a helicopter from taking off, takes beatings from a man in an iron suit without breaking a sweat, resilient to extreme cold temperatures oh but a little nibble from a decomposing human the size of a flee and it’s game over Honestly, this episode is 'ok' but the violence compared to the Marvel Zombies comic is HEAVILY TONED DOWN so much like Spiderman literally gets his insides ripped out and eaten by Sandman and it got worse from there, the worst in this episode is just some blood that was barely there. damn, Wanda is a walking gauntlet I really wish they didn't cut away from Hulk vs Wanda The best episode in what if? MCU zombies are hella smart I don't know how Spiderman was alive in his full body! Idk if this is a hot take or not but IMO this was easily the most underwhelming episode of the What If series 1:50 Captain Carter foreshadowing I feel like the whole What If series was really devoid of emotion. It's hard to care about any of these characters with how bland the performances are God bless you, and keep Jesus in your life ❤
My man wrote a book
Why are so many of this comments copied?
Meanwhile In another Multiverse....
Rick Grimes kills walkers
Captain America: who the hell are you guys?
Captain America raises his shield.
Rick Grimes: We're the Walking Dead.....
Ends post credit scene
It makes me furious that they wouldn't take Hope's suit or at least take it FROM her. Deactivate it or something!!
Record down every zombie that's suffered a major injury, because they use the ship to leave for Wakanda so they can broadcast the mind stone. The idea is that they can make a cure, but those like Captain America will just be gone forever even after the zombification ends.
Cool episode, but didn't really make sense that everyone is so chill to kill their zombie friends, when they are literally travelling to attempt to get a cure.
Yeah, and the attempted humor all the time, like “guys, I’m covered in Sharon” 🤦🏼♂️
@@macleunin that wasnt really supposed to be humor
@@JimmyMcGiIlyeah that's like me saying, I have someone's blood on me after they got shot next to me or something... WHAT ELSE AM I SUPPOSED TO SAY???
“Well that just happened”
@JimmyMcGiIl yeah, that's exactly why she didn't say that, she was literally covered in her blood
@@daranaqelforastero319 mb I didn’t process what u said at first
1:52 so in Dr. strange in the MOM that scene was inspired by this😂
Zombie wanda just really terrifying 😭😭 just imagine she's flying w the voice like that
Zombies whether in DC or in Marvel both chill me to the bone and are some of the most heartbreaking stories ever in comics.
Apart from it not making a lick of sense how all the zombies were able to use their powers the zombies idea was cool.
Bucky saying sorry pal doesn't deliver, you'd have a hard time killing a dead but reanimated friend.
This video came around my 13th birthday? No way!
OK other than the fact that Tony should’ve never been turned into a zombie due to the fact that he’s wearing a nano tech armor the other thing that bothers me so much with this episode is no matter how long a person has been a zombie they all look the same amount of rotted like literally Hope becomes a zombie and then five minutes later has rotted to the point that she looks like she has been a zombie for years
I think it’s the virus that rottens their flesh so quick
As for tony yeah your right he shouldn’t have died
Well, for Tony, his suits are always depicted as very breakable and with the sheer numbers plus zombified cap and hank, it was bound to happen at some point.
As for the rotting, it does seem to depend. Since Happy seemed to just turn Blue. Hope might have been eaten a bit extra though in fairness.
I didnt watch the episode but based off this and knowing how the zombies originally worked in the comics. Its possible his armor came on after he was bitten
Edit: just watched it. Your right he shouldnt have been zombified. At least not like that
I like how what if make the hulk, he can actually resist the zombie virus
Facts
1:55 "Sorry Pal, Guess This Is The End Of The Line." 💀
The only Thing I hated was that Zombies were smart but I guess they can mutate in such a way so 10/10 anyways.
way better than new marvel movies
Incorrect, but whatever. Oh right you forget the good and remember the bad.
The avengers being infected is the most terrifying thing to see while living
Like before zombies got nothing but teeth now they got powers bro
im not about to get kidnapped by ironman's suits
The What If zombies episode was absolutely perfect, the story, action, animation was absolutely top class. Never thought Zombies would be such a good fit for Marvel, really enjoyed Spider-Man and Bruce Banner in the episode. Super excited for the new Marvel Zombies animated series 😊
I wonder what happened to Peter, Scott, T'Challa and Bruce, because they weren't shown to be Zombies or part of the main cast for the show...
2:19 some lucky zombies
Fr
Like fr
they just killed every avenger which made it bad at the end only like 3-5 were left
One of them is a head and a cape…
@@macplayzvc2889 yep
Ya
Falcon making the sound of a Falcon as a zombie is hilarious
This is probably one of my favorite episodes from the What If series!
Don't know how Spiderman was alive in his full body!
This episode was so good
“ON MY MARK..ow”
What If Season 1 is Masterpiece.
The curse of being a standalone episode
1:49 so wanda learnt throwing back shied from this video and killed captain carter in doctor strange multiverse of madness
Yeah 😂 lol
Ya 🤣😂
I'm still mad at the fact that there wasn't any blood but it was still good nonetheless.. Next they gotta make a full on movie.
Dude. Did you not see the zombies exploding?
Buckey: why am i STILL FLYING AFTER I GOT THROWN
Satisfying for no reason
the writing in this feels very unintentionally funny "wakanda forever- ah!"
The idea of a world where Hulk is the only Avenger left. Guarding the last bastion of survivors. Only because Zombies cant bit through him. I'd imagine even if they can, the radiation would kill any virus.
What if was so dark and good I want more what if S2😢
Zombie Thanos is me when I got a 200 win streak wins on Splatoon 3
I like how it’s scary but funny still
If they can't retain their power of rational thinking after being infected, how can they still be able to use their powers and skills? More specifically for infecting others
Awesome!! 🤩😆
dam okoye and bucky gone, now t'challa is the only wakanden
By far the best episode in S1 What If
the only way to stop the zombie apocalypse first the avengers NEVER get bitten
If you had to choose one of the avengers abilities for you to use in a zombie apocalypse, which would it be? For me, likely be Wasp or Ant Man. Simply put it they can make themselves smaller and can avoid some fighta entirely while also having the full force of an adult behind it oh course. Plus, I can make a tiny home
But then you'd have to deal with zombie insects and rats etc
Dr. Strange so i could just use my ring to go anywhere like a deserted island where no people were in the first place and use magic to make a zombie proof house just in case. Also could trap zombies in the mirror dimension.
@@chrizmerk756 i would be hulk hes basically the only one immune or vision
@@chrizmerk756 yeah same plus he has the time stone, so he can just use it to reverse time and prevent the events from happening
Spider man cuz of spidey sense
I wonder where is thor thought?
Did stan lee survived in there? I mean in every trouble he survives
Nice save, big guy... 🫣
Zombie thanos could cure himself and half of them as he has all the power in the universe
Zombie Hulk would be TERRIFYING
I love the animation
Both zombie captain America and captain Carter died the same way
Bruh right
I think Zombie Captain America got more screen time in this one episode than Captain Carter in the movie: Multiverse of Madness.
@@macplayzvc2889 no he didn’t I watch the movie and the show and Carter got a lot more screen time then Steve
0:30-0:32 Mosquito bite be like:
Fun fact: the voice of captain America in the Marvel's avengers video game and TV show (jeff schine) also does The voice of Javier Garcia and The Walking Dead in a new frontier
Happy turning into one was kinda funny
Captain America sure did rot quickly.
1:56 exactly reminds me of captain carter got cut into half by wanda 🤣
The wakanda forever got me
The fact they landed in the middle of the head is really surprising considering tony stark or captain america are both strategists and wouldn’t I don’t know just blow up everything instead.
Captain America: can hold a helicopter from taking off, takes beatings from a man in an iron suit without breaking a sweat, resilient to extreme cold temperatures oh but a little nibble from a decomposing human the size of a flee and it’s game over
i like how she wears the glove in the same limb she just got shotted.
Marvel zombies comics is so great
Weird that they made up a new Marvel Zombie scenario when they literally have multiple comic runs of the zombie Marvel-verse and how it came to be, etc. Usually, the zombies can still talk and have intelligence, which makes them an even larger threat and far more creepy.
Because this is a one off episode
We need a part 2 of this episode
Tbh, I kinda wanna headcanon that zombie thanos still has parts of his ambition in his mind, to ocollect all of the stones to achieve his ultimate goal, but a change is that he doesn’t just want to cut the population in half, I think zombie thanos will collect the stones to try and rid the universe of this virus curing everyone, that way everyone will view him as the saviour he views himself as.
or he turns half the population into zombies
The most saddest part in this episode is when Bucky has to kill his own friend who has been with him till the end of the line I mean if I was in this situation I would have to sacrifice killing my own friend
Is it weird I wanna see how all the avengers become zombies?
WANDA FOGHTS A BEING WHO CAN REACT AT THE SPEED OF LIGHT.PROCEEDS TO GET INFECTED BY A HUMAN😂😂😂😂😂
WASP WAS A VISOR WHO CAN TAKE BULLETS,PROCEEDS TO GET INFEFCTED BY A FUCKI# DEAD BODY CRIMPLING AND BROKING A BULLET RESISTANT VISOR.
Iron man can fly and can take blows from thor..proceeds to forget he can fly like a dumb### and how t# did he have trouble fighthing against a dead body
and why did captain América go out without a mask, since he already know about the vírus??? this episode doesn't make any sense.
@@JosileideMaria-o5h he’s pretty immune to a lot of viruses especially with the Super Soldier serum I’m assuming the Quantum Virus is something the Serum wasn’t immune so I assume that he went there not thinking too much of it the rest though aside from Widow idk how they got infected 😂
What's worse than zombies are smart zombies that hungers for flesh and kills everyone.
it's a shame that this didn't live up to the comic adaptation
It's because it's a one off
Hulk become zombie is there worst nightmare
When i saw this on my youtube feed i thought youtube mistaked me for a 1st grader
How much worse would this be if you change nothing except the fact their zombies?
This needs to be a full length film not jus what if it's interesting that the zombie types are effective fighters not just flopping around biting ppl
It's getting a spinoff show.
I didn’t notice at first but banners mic quality is notably worse than the others on repeat
Hyped for Season 2
Captain America is the riot zombie❤
Bruh, Tony's nanotech suit survived Titan's moon being dropped without so much as a scratch, yet zombies could bite through it?!
Damn, what a pussified version of Marvel Zombies
Because this is only one episode
Quite sexist to say that
This just basically the walking dead if the walking dead was the MCU
2:28 IBAII!!
cool
