I remember a time in the lore when the Emperor himself just straight up killed anyone who was trans because they were either heretics, fallen to chaos, or sick and could not be cured.
Honestly, I’d love to see an Assassin’s Creed taking place around the Congo in the 1600s. I just did a history class in depth on that region and learned of Queen Nzinga who from 1623 to 1663 fought to stay in power against the Portuguese and her own people while enslaving her people as a means of economic power and power as she found small havens and alliances. I’d happily play as an African runaway slave taking various powers in that kingdom down!

I feel the need to say a few things;
First, hats off to you Endymion for being bigger than this and vouching for both sides. That is the Way. They are after all, part of the greater whole.
When I was a small kid, my family fell apart due to a courtcase relating to my step dad. I wont give details on that here.
During the questioning of this I had my first real exposure to a woke cultist. I had no idea of the significance of this but I knew something was very wrong with her eyes. I was a mere 7 year old and she was speaking to me in such a way that she believed me largely unaware of what was going on. She asked me questions which werent quite accurate but which could only yield certain responses. At that age I realised she was trying to paint my step dad in a certian light.
I also noticed the way my mums attitude was changed after each time she spoke with this case worker/lawyer.
I gave my best, subtle warning to my step dad about her. Something only a family member might catch.
As the years wore on I started seeing teachers turn up at school with this way of thinking. I started seeing politicians pandering to it. I've watched great stories written years ago bastardised with this new and hateful way of thinking.
I saw from an early age the glint in the eye behind the false smile. When Endymion says they hate their fans, he is being literal. (Even if you don't realise to which degree mate...)

Indie studios are as small as AAA studios were back when the best games ever made were being created. So I think the big companies will try to buy up all the small ones while trying to keep it a secret somehow.

I really believe it has nothing to do with a lack of creativity or laziness! It's just pure animosity and a unapologetic power grab. Throw out a massive number of claims, and because it would take too long to or be too hard to refute all of them, declair victory and gain new followers. It makes no difference, so it does feel kind of pointless to keep trying. I'm not going to give up, because like I said I'm only doing this out of spite at this point, but I'd be lying if I said there wasn't some shiny new stuff I want that I'm not getting on principle.

The way it looks now, I'd say that the AAA studios will be a thing of the past, and we'll have a lot more indie and small studio games instead.
Especially given the powerful tool available these days like: Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot, Cry Engine, Unigine and many many more.
It allows people to put in the work and create something that people will WANT to play, taking the customer base away from the big AAA studios that no longer are making fun games for gamers.
20:54 the Cynical side of me would say that in ten years, the gaming and movie companies we grew up with will no longer exist and in their place will be companies that somehow keep morphing into other companies after going bankrupt again and again because of their woke ideology.
The Hopeful side of me wants to believe that in a decade, studios will have taken a hint and learned to not bend their knee to woke idiots just because they’re afraid to unintentionally offend someone who would never buy their product to begin with. And just make good movies and games created by talented people who see the world for how it could be.
This year target isnt running an LGBT+ section. The pendulum is swinging, just hold the line.

I got a trans friend i met on discord a year back, and I just asked him "so what do you think about them adding trans space marines in warhammer 40k?" and there was a slight silence and he answered (yes he prefers he/him) "..in what?" ..dont think he really cares about this or the existence of warhammer.

And I disagree with the "fact" that lore matters THAT much. Most players do not care about the lore as much as people who do not play and paint the models.
Your statement about creating a new faction makes sense and many would have supported that decision, it's not like anyone would have to purchase anything for a fraction that they have no interest in, but the reality is that it has nothing to do with inclusion it's about control and the power to destroy.
FACT:
not once has any woke dei product ever made the attempt to create anything original, and successful because there really isn't any actual demand for it to make it profitable.
The proof is in the fact that even when a product, let say comic books or "bro's" a movie that was made by and for the lgbtq+ community there was no support for it in any real numbers to allow the movie to even break even with the cost to create and market it and the comic books well that industry is dead.
