Hello, helpful video. Do you need to be part of actor/talent union like SAG/AFTRA?

No you don't have to be a member of SAG/AFTRA to do work on ACX... BUT if you ARE a member of the union you can price your services to meet a SAG/AFTRA minimum payment and thus get contributions to the union pension fund and health insurance. In other words, can turn an ACX job into a union job

I found work. But the problem with PFH.
Is if you don't to ask (to ask this all upfront) in the beginning. You are stuck after completing the work, holding yourself up for getting paid and the rights holder
