How might we live our lives, if there was no element of doubt in the Resurrection? It seems that Faith is prerequisite for free will... thank you also Sarah
Thx for a great talk, Sarah. I have embarked on a journey over the last few years of daily meditation (silent, still sort) though dabbling in agnostic atheism. There is a Presence there. Loved your comment about God engaging us on the level of practicing attention because for some of us that is the only way he can get our attention.
Who Moved the Stone? Frank Morison "I owe Morison a great debt of gratitude. Who Moved the Stone? was an important early link in a long chain of evidence that God used to bring me into his kingdom. Morison’s stirring intellectual exploration of the historical record proved to be an excellent starting point for my spiritual investigation." --From the foreword by Lee Strobel
Order of Melchizedek, mentioned in Quran ,end of sura Qamar 55 , and whoever riches to that order, his/ her body turns into pure heavenly light,at time of leaving this world. In fact happened at least to one of mystic master in Attar book of lives of God’s Friends.
You can believe anything you want, really, there is no reason to make up a monumental mound of convoluted, inextricable nonsense to fake possessing the means to rationally justify belief in something that cannot be proven, no matter what. You want to believe in god and resurrection? Just believe and be done with it, that's what faith is about. Just be aware that believing something does not make it true though. I can wholeheartedly respect somebody who says: "I believe in god because I choose to have faith and not to ask myself certain questions" as long as it's personal choice and not because of an old, mouldy instrument of institutionalized power and control, corrupted and rotten to its core, I'm fine with it. What I will never respect is feeding lies to those who do not know better under the guise of wisdom and knowledge, protected by a black attire that has lost all meaning CENTURIES ago. Fairitales disguised under mountains of words and sophistry to complicate and muddle up things just enough to be able (not really though) to avoid confrontation with facts and uncomfortable questions.

Wonderful discussion!
Do you have any physical evidence for your physical claim of a JC and rising from the dead?

why did you watch this video?
I think you got it right. I always ask for physical evidence for their physical claim of a man rising from the dead.
You're just airing your assumptions and not engaging with what she's saying.
