What a great story! Not something this townie (me) would ever think about needing to be done. Thank you Mr Rogers... and wonderful that you get to see Australia at the same time.
They should be wearing hi grade dust masks. Awesome job otherwise. As a gardener I really appreciate the work and the innovation shown by creating the custom machine implement.
Archie should wear a respirator when working with dried manure, urine, mold, and airborne pathogens, etc., especially in an environment where there's limited exchange of fresh air. I like how Robin Rogers mentioned the snake and added he has to respect them; some people would automatically default to their knee jerk reaction and kill it which is unnecessary if your life's not in danger.
Kiwi sheds, the grills lift out. When I was 17 my mate and I cut a deal with the Rotary club. $1.50/sack which they sold for $3. We were making $150/hr 20 years ago.
I would love to have a few farms like that around me I run a vermicompost facility and all that is good food for my worms I would clean under the shed for free if I could take everything
Well done Archie. Great to see a young man who's not afraid of hard work
“The compost is that good, you plant a four inch nail, you can grow a crowbar. It’s that good”
What a phrase 🙌🏽
“Plant a nail and you get a crowbar” - love it! It’s a job I never knew existed until now. Great report.

Very unique but respectable work. But for your long term health, can you guys wear mask when you are under the shed. You are unsung hero.
I was just going to post the same they should def be wearing some kind of lung protection
"Plant a 4-inch nail you'd get a crowbar" - that's amazing :D Shot @2:50 is iconic.

Margaret from Australia
This was my favourite job as a kid collecting garden manure
Good fertilizer that.
Oh man, that stuff is gold in the gardens. Ive done it!
Go Archie, you legend! ✌️
No respirator needed ?
Would not a dust mask be an Occupational Health requirement?
Talk about Hercules cleaning out the Augean Stables. Respect.
That's very interesting, no remote controls or cameras? Might get in touch with this bloke.
I used to help dad do this in our woolshed. All by shovel. We used to pull up the batons, not crawl underneath.
The best ever slow release fertiliser.
How to I get hold of Robyn?
Why aren’t they wearing a some sort of respirator? Surely breathing all that dust with traces of manure ain’t that good for the lungs.
A job well done , one that's usually saved for winter , with the chemicals used in drenching , I would recommend a breathing apparatus. Goodluck
Good on ya cobber ,you've done 2 lifetimes work compared to most people.
Would be wearing a dust mask or a bandana over my mouth for sure
a lot of pulverized dung to inhale : /
I wonder how a giant vacuum truck would go
Legend
