The outer banding looks almost "iris" like. I enjoy that you show the ones that don't turn out .

The banding is really nice on this, what a great shade of blue. Too bad the quartz was not of great quality, some of it could polish up real clear and ice like, but that is up to the master! LOL

The edge banding is a pretty color.
