Hi, I already applied for a graduate child-dependent visa yesterday and paid the application fees and IHS payment, but still have not booked the bio-metric appointment. Upon reviewing the visa application after submission and payment, I noticed a mistake in the declaration section. I mistakenly selected "I am the applicant aged under 18", which was incorrect. I was unsure of the correct option to choose as my child is only 7 years old. Therefore, I kindly request guidance on whether the selected option is accurate. If a correction is necessary, please advise me on the steps to amend the application. Additionally, if a new application needs to be submitted, I would like to know the process for refunding the IHS and application fees already paid and applying for a fresh application. Your prompt advice in rectifying this mistake would be greatly appreciated.

Respected Sir/Madam, My name is Prapti Adhikari (Indian passport number…….)and have made an application for a UK spouse visa to join my husband who is working as a skilled worker(Chef)in the UK since February 2022. While filling up the application form, the system gave options of various categories to choose such as; PBS ,start up,inovator or global talent-Partner visa. I am a bit confused here as it did not show any option as spouse or dependent visa. Having mentioned that the category of ‘global talent’ visa seems to be the closest one. My 6 years old daughter also applied for child dependant visa and when I filled up the form its showing that I am (her mother) applying for global talent visa stage 2. Could you please let me know if ‘Global Talent visa’ is the correct option to choose for both our respective applications? We will really appreciate your recommendation.

Hi Sir. really a nice video with valuable information. I have a typical scenerio in my case. I am a resident of India, currently in UK in work visa (CoS). My wife and child (3 years old) are currently in India and my wife will be travelling soon under her own work visa and not my dependent, my child will travel with my wife as her dependent but not mine. Now while filling up my child's application form, there is a question which ask "Do you have a family in UK apart from 'my wife's name' ". If we select yes and give my details, as I am already staying here. Its being asked where my child will stay? Ideally my wife and my work location are differnet so as my child will travel with my wife as her dependent she is giving my wife's address. In this case the final form its coming as "Staying with None of the Family". Is this correct? Or does she needs to give my address stating she will stay with me? If so then what address my wife should give in her form. She is actually giving her CoS address but in that case my wife's address and my child address will not be in sync. I am bit confused in this situation. Any help is highly appreciated. Or to make things simple can we just say No to the first question asked "Do you have a family in UK apart from 'my wife's name' "
