I recently got back into the game and I've been working my ass off looking for a good silver to labor ratio but I can't find mucb especially now that this update hit... if anyone can guide me I'd rly appreciate it!
Hi Mayor please see my new video today, I look at all the crates nobles, jesters, princes and ancestor to find silver to labor ratios. ruclips.net/video/WAAUl1SAKQw/видео.html
Those are a feature with Screencast-O-Matic, I bought the program which is like $29 well worth it for a number of videos I make, but there is a free or trial version.
Hi Kenneth, I do regrade but very rarely. All my gear on Thunderwing I regraded myself 6300 gearscore, but generally speaking regrading isn't worth doing. The best option for saving money is set a gear goal that will allow you to play to your style. If pvp you may want to shoot for a 7k gs while pve and raid pvp you'll be fine around 6k.
Hey man, thanks for the video. I opened up 50 noble crates today and got only 3 mysterious garden powder...would you say it's more worth for a person without Patron to do Ancestral ones, or stick to the Noble ones(or perhaps do the coinpurses)...or maybe switch to some other activity with higher silver/labor ratio? Was working fine before the patch, but now it seems they changed something, yet I can't see it tho...
Hi Zamachi, they could have made a change the drop rates on the other crates. I haven't done much of those farming since 3.5. Coinpurses aren't a great option unless you really just need to burn labor and are still working on maxing proficiency.
I know this is the most noob question and repetitive, but what class are you playing? What class do you recommend for new players/patron users to grind a lot?
I play a revenant. (Sorcery, Witchcraft, Auramancy). I generally don't make class recommendations, because I'm not comfortable doing it. I have not played every class, but I will say from those I spoke with any class can be a farmer. Usally crate farming is about getting the most kills in the shortest amount of time which lends itself to Mage or Melee. Archery is okay but the lack of AOE "may" not be the best thing for this.
They change the repair fees,if u farm about 1hours+ and u will need few gold to repair before u start opening this purse. Even if the crate, the only think for good money is MGP and those trees and brazier i think most of the ppl will vendor it instant. The good things farm in new zone because of the scrap and metallic crate, and thats what ppl farm for. For labor per ratio, i think farming this still not worth at all.
Even if u are max prof u need 3072labor for 726G. Not include the gold for repair and not include the gold for pots and buff. For metalic crate, u still need silver key. Unless u include the new mats for erenor thats is diffrent story. for me i wont spend 3k labor only get 726G. thats way too low.
i spent an hour looking for this video again, it is pretty good and needed a refresher on this stuff
ty so much so this great info.ur the best!!!
Can you publish your build? Been looking for a good Revenant build.
im interested to see what rates will be once x3 event ends
Thank you very much.
looking good

Do you save up money to buy the gear or do you regrade it yourself? What do you think is the best option for saving money?

Aired Are you going to re-test the drop rates? Also, are there any new, better ways, or should I just stick to crates?
I'll ask around others I know who crate farm and see if anybody else has a similar experience.
Aired Alright, thanks mate, love the videos, keep it up, helping me a lot!

do you mind sharing your revenant build?
with half of labor you can make 900g only by trade !

800-1000g in 1 hour isn't good for you? ok stick to wasting time on nobles lol
lmao 1k g per hour. If its true the whole server player are in both maps. you are too smart.
Blar blarblar idk if you even looked at the numbers lmao.

Blar blarblar you don't need to open the metallic crates and you also don't need to repair anything.. idk what you even mean by that.
