I'd put good money that the framing of Valigarmanda frozen in the ice was inspired by the shot of Ghidorah frozen in the ice in Godzilla King of the Monsters. If you go look at that scene when he's first revealed, its basically the same position and all, just missing the extra heads.
The fights are really the highlight of this expansion.
Not pleased AT ALL with how dumb our character (and even Erenville) were at the start of this episode 👹 That said, MSQ is picking up starting here!

Yeah there are definitely some parts in this expac's MSQ that make you scratch or tilt your head a bit. 😅 I still ended up liking it overall though so I hope you guys do too, also I'm enjoying seeing your uploads! That being said, the MSQ enjoyer that I am, I also had to just read the Yok Huy dialogue. Respect to the voice actors for committing to the throaty voice, but man I think those lines needed to be delivered a bit faster.
You should definitely try out the Extreme Version when you can. It's so worth it.

Not to spoil or whatever but it really feels like our character is either being deliberately negligent or was reduced to a single digit IQ at times in DT. I... didn't mind the MSQ generally, but it was absolutely infuriating at times. But thankfully there are also some really cool bits in the MSQ.
yea when i got to that part i was like "bro are you joking? we've been through this like a dozen different times now!" lmao different writers i guess...

@@shinkicker404 If even Cobrak is willing to consider the 6.x patches filler, it would be wise to approach his own criticisms of Dawntrail with a fair level of scrutiny.
