Today’s video is 2 DIY small bathroom makeovers. Recently, a previous client contacted me to make over her two small bathrooms. She is listing her townhouse on the market soon and the realtor told her to upgrade the bathrooms.
Both bathroom makeovers was completed with under $500. 💵
Paint, wood, new hardware and lighting changed the whole feel of the space!
The small guest bathroom only took up $100 of the budget, and that was possible due to the amazon 5 piece bathroom accessory deal that l found on amazon.
In this video, I paint the walls, change light fixtures, and repair large holes in the walls that I created when I removed the old ceramic towel bar and toilet paper holder.
By replacing the old bathroom accessories for this all-in-One bath set, that includes a 3-light vanity, bar, towel Ring, robe hook, and toilet Paper holder in Chrome Finish, from Amazon. I easily updated this small bathroom under budget.
I didn’t change the vanity, sink, or faucet in this bathroom. However, the existing contact paper was removed from the the walls and cabinet, and new hardware was added to the vanity. The new hardware along with new wood that now frames the existing bathroom mirror helped tie the entire space together.

love how much brighter & cleaner both bathrooms look- nice job- I did notice one thing that is just for people who NEED to have the bathroom be a near surgically clean area..putting a towel rack over a toilet..big germ collection area- especially since there are many people who are still flushing the toilet BEFORE putting the lid down. the flush action kicks up airborn toxins from the bowl- which then are in contact with ( clean) towels! I know the facts behind this..but if its not an issue for client...then keep it where they want it...i personally keep towel racks on opposite area of toilet stool.
Good job with the budget you were working with. Love how the lighter paint color makes the spaces seem fresh and airy.

This is really really nice and very creative the only question that I have is is this an apartment or is this your house because if you're renting an apartment you're only limited to certain things you can do. Nevertheless I am so impressed with what you've done and I love it

Are they using a curtain over shower doors?
It appears that the curtain is in the guest bath and the master bath has the shower door. A curtain over the sliding door would have popped...not that it isn't already popping.
