Not true. If defense can prove he did this out of extreme emotional distress he can get manslaughter and serve less time in prison. Crime of passion, Kentucky law.
Exactly, the only justification would've been was if the Sheriff's life was at risk and there is absolutely no signs of that. He's just got cip brain and thinks if he makes up some insane defense he'll be exonerated. On the same note I bet there was a load of hinky behavior going on with a bunch of people in that courthouse. Just no justification for murder. Sorry Mickey, your screwed!
What if the sheriff says "The judge was raping my child and i killed him as soon as I confirmed it by dialing my daughter from his phone and she answered 'Hello, judge, my sexy lover I want you to put your sixtysomething year old self inside my little child body again'" Would that be something the sheriff could LITERALLY say to justify what he did? Please answer, thanks:)
12:30 It comes to my mind now that maybe the sheriff was involved in something very bad that if exposed by the judge would ruin the sheriff's life, so by eliminating the judge the sheriff is preventing his family from learning about it? (This case is SO confusing so far.)
@@bobwebb1580 I am glad there are people like you that don't actually know the facts, but who like to spread rumours. This will help to ensure that the trial does not occur in the county the murder took place.
The guy who is talking about a possible inappropriate relationship between the sheriff’s daughter and the Judge is spreading the worst kinds of misinformation. This young girl’s mother should go after the people who are spreading rumours involving her daughter. How would the judge have access to a 15 year old minor? She has parents who are responsible for her whereabouts, school and other activities that would not be involved with the Judge. Each time I hear someone speculated about the daughter’s connection to the judge, I feel a sickening feeling in my stomach. So the daughter didn’t answer when her father called from his phone but she answered when a call came from the judges phone. Here are my thought around the phone call scenario…What if the daughter was angry or afraid of her father and decided to avoid speaking to him on that day? What if, when the call came from the Judge’s phone she picked it up because that what she would have done regardless of whether it was a scammer calling, a wrong number or she knew it was the Judge’s number and answered it? How many of us do not answer a call because we didn’t want to speak to the person who was calling at the time. How many of us answered calls from unexpected people or from unknown numbers? Just my thoughts on this matter. I would bet money that the daughter played no part in this Sheriff’s actions.
Great analysis, thank you! I have a quick question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How can I transfer them to Binance?
There is literally nothing the sheriff can say to justify what he did. He will be going away for a long time unless he gets a death sentence.
It will take 20 years before the sentence is carried out, he won't last that long looking at him.
why did he do it?

Translation of title: nothing new to report but I'm going to do a video anyway!
Vinnie has enough hot air to cover that. 😂
I’m just guessing of course but I feel the sheriff may have been involved more deeply with the situation with the 2 women
12:30 It comes to my mind now that maybe the sheriff was involved in something very bad that if exposed by the judge would ruin the sheriff's life, so by eliminating the judge the sheriff is preventing his family from learning about it? (This case is SO confusing so far.)
There is a connection between the judge and the sheriffs daughter
@@bobwebb1580 Well that's been a rumor. Has that been confirmed by anyone involved?
@@bobwebb1580we don't know that for fact. Nor the reason WHY

The fact is, no one knows and you can watch this entire video and not know anything more than you did before watching it

I'm so glad I don't live in Kentucky
I really enjoyed your guest! He’s very knowledgeable and had good opinions.😊
Vinnie, my respects to you.
Stop spreading Internet gossip.
Shut up. Stop assuming you’re in charge of free speech.
Oh boy! Sounds scandalous. Need more info
GM @court tv
Has the Sheriff's daughter been interviewed?
Why is there no picture

Good evening, Vinnie! You misspoke. The sheriff killed the judge, not the other way around.
Let's have you on as a guest host gar!!
Did he get that backwards ? 😂 yikes.
@@waynefoote3781
Yeah. Why not ? They’re more accurate than Vinnardo.
@@angelwings7930 I love Vinnie man! He is human too! I can't recall him making lots of mistakes at all!
@@waynefoote3781
He’s a drama queen and I was joking about his mistake. Anyone can make a mistake.
I don’t see any images. Something is wrong
No video
It's a podcast
I think this is a domestic violence case. Very, very sad.
Like many last enforcement officers in small towns, the sheriff was probably a criminal and got desperate when it started crumbling down.
Could very well be.
Deserves to rot in prison!!!
Control freak. Likely an abuser.
Waste of taxpayer money.

This is not the real story! JD told the real truth! JD delay talked about this when it first happened! I believe the story he told was the truth!
Who is JD?
@Stephani. JD doesn’t know anymore than anyone else!! He’s not an attorney, he’s some guy on YT!!
How do you know JD’s “story” was the truth??
Wat if some of those women who were abused n pimped are on the jury
Vinny why is there no video
I believe because it’s a podcast
This iS a podcast.
POD casts suck. Do a regular TV show.
