@@kefrh not sure if you have cup holders below the AC controls, we have many variations from the montero sport around the world (mitsubishi nativa, challlenger, which happens to be half brother of the mitsubishi L200/Warrior pickup truck) I do have the pickup truck and the dashboad and center console is very similar to this, I have cup holders below the AC controls
@@kefrh do you get noise from the front big speakers that are on the door because I get a muffled sound and I have already replace the speaker did you every have that problem
@@kefrh hi can I ask what wire I would connect the amp on the adapter connecting it to main power makes interference noise but I can’t find any other wire to power it a speaker wire maybe?
Keith Hunniford is that all you used? cause i have a 97 and it has a cable for the power that is separate and ive been having a hard time trying to install an aftermarket stereo
Yup. Not sure if the 97 is the same. The DIN cable in my car is the connector that sends signal back to the onboard infiniti amp. The actual power to the head comes from the more standard connector. So that merta kit - the DIN dongle allowed me to connect the cable to the RCA audio connectors on the head. The other dongle with the wires, I attached that to the Montero connector and spliced it into the harness that came with the head.
As far as the head goes it's great!😁
I have a 2000, haven't gotten to the stereo yet I am busy fixing oil leaks. 160,000 miles same stereo.
Same
You left the blue wire unconnected though it is the power antenna, why?
The Amazon 10 apple car play fits the same year? Any way you can put the radio where climate control and vise versa
Love the do it yourself wifi
how many inches is the radius? 6.2 "or 7"?
Howd you bypass alarm?
Did you addapt the back up cam?
wouldn’t u have to get rid of your cup holders?
Uh. No. Why?

Is possible to put the double din where the climate control and the climate control nobs where the radio is now. Without major modification
How do you do it? Do you have a link? Thank you
Sound quality?
Excellent. I had to replace on of the front speakers but that infiniti system is pretty solid and I have no compaints about the output from the head.
@@kefrh What is the size of speakers????please
@@carlosventura7283 I don't remember. They are stock so you should be able to look it up on the Crutchfield site or similar
