You probably dont give a damn but does someone know of a way to log back into an instagram account? I was dumb forgot my login password. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me
@Otis Theo Thanks so much for your reply. I found the site through google and I'm in the hacking process now. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I've talked to a bunch of industry people with years and years behind them, and no one has heard of this laser trick. I guess that means I can claim it 🤘🏻
Thanks a lot man. I’m actually now starting off my screen printing journey and I’ve made my screens and exposure unit already and have a bunch of designs created and can’t wait to print. I’m in the process of making a loadable pallet with bulldog clips. It’s great getting great tips right off the bat. Appreciate your vids man!
I used a laser one time in my 10 years of printing...had 1,600 golf towels to print, 2 color design. I used the laser as a guide where to lay the towel on the platen. Worked perfectly. All I had was a leveling laser and I rigged it up to the side. It was a while ago and cant really recall how I had it set up ..i just know it worked perfect.
When I had my screen printing biz, I had an 8/8 M&R Chameleon with side air clamps....I loaded every shirt where the bottom of the collar/brim seam of the shirt met the edge of the pallet. That way every shirt was loaded in the exact same spot with zero guess work. But then again I had longer pallets than what you are showing so I was able to to give up the space from bottom of brim to top of design.
I came for the motorcycle videos and have no desire to do my own printing, but I really enjoy these videos. I have been dying to rock the OG 2.0 camo hoodie, but it is still hot as hell here in Texas.
we use a type of pallet that has an "A" shape at the top in wich the collardoes not over hang and we can mark a gide in where to align the collar so every print is at the same height.
love your tshirt ed videos brotha keep being Great ,I started with hty and a heat press havnt Gruated to silk screen press but you have inspierd me to the fullest I dont own my home yet so Im going to stay with vinyl but man you make me want to get the whole shop done in my house like yours Hands down your shop is the best I have seen thus far all the hard work and dedication please keep it up sorry about the spelling errors was watching while i WORK!
Screen printers always find a way! :) Vastex has pallets that have little shirt markers that attach on the bottom of the pallet that allow you to repeat where you place the shirt. It should honestly be a staple to every press.
Our palette extends thru the neck, we use masking tape for distance, we did 5X hoodies, getting those centered was a pain, 5X is so big my 31yr old son and I fit in one, love the facebook page,
Your contents are awesome, I love your sincerity, your shop............SUPERB, you're the neatest screen printer I've ever seen in the game. I have almost every video you've made on screen printing, I watch 'em daily for inspiration (as I build my brand) plus I've learnt from you what I would've spent decades learning in just a short time. I just got a 1 station 4 color (table) screen printing press and I'll love to know how high should I set the base from ground up. Should it be above or below waist level? Thanks.
Hey! I've been watching your screen printing videos lately and it was awesome. Learned a lot from it and hopefully i can make something like these in the future too. I like your quick cut technique on making this video as well. Keep up the good work. Big fan from Philippines. 💪🔥
We appreciate the great information you have given us with your with videos, keep up the awesome work. I would like to ask what font style is your hat and your shirt.
Very nice Lee ....can I ask you where did you get all your knowledge on printing shirts ..? Like books class did you work for someone? ...im just starting out the cheap way until I get the clients and screen printing down to a tee
Lee great video btw and the designs rocks! What white ink brand was this, know you talked about SF from Roland. I tried it the other day and its a great ink. Also mesh count? thanks for the info, appreciate your videos!
Helpful tutorial.. Can I ask you the design for practice not for commercial.. And how you get your design are you buy it or design it? I work on illustrator is it good?
hey Lee i have a question ... what kind of Tshirts and paint do you use for your own merch? I wanna do something for a club i am a member and i don't know what tshirt material to use and what kind of paint
Great video as usual! Do you have a background in graphic design? I have been researching getting into screen printing, but I'm clueless on the graphic design side of things. Any tips for someone like me when trying to start up?
I wouldn't say I have a design background, but I can make some artwork and know my way around photoshop and illustrator pretty well. My employee Dan is the real artist here. But if you're looking to learn I'd point you towards Skillshare. I pay a yearly subscription there and it's been worth every penny to me
Amazing I'm running a 6 color entry level press and the lack of accuracy is a pain in my rear, too many mobile parts and screws that get loose and move my screens 1 mm off the registration (enough to show in the final print). O need some lasers asap
Hi Lee - Love the channel. You mentioned that you planned on offering embroidery services in the future in one of the videos (sorry not sure which one). Did you pull the trigger on that? If so what machine did you go with? Would love to hear your thoughts as I am thinking about the same!
Great tip! Can I ask, what company/brand of white ink did you use for that Carpentry shirt? Also did you do a print-flash-print for that design? That print is CLEAN! Let me know, thanks Lee!
So pumped someone knew what that was! 🙌🏻 I after I shot all of this I realized the b-roll in a typical slow motion wouldn't really serve the video much but it still needed to be there, so I hit it with that hot fuzz edit 😂
What size screen did you use? And any tips on how to print such a large image for ex. I get a lot of shadowing when I print so large and my screens get stuck to the print sometimes
This is a standard 20"x24" screen. Sounds like you could have poor tension on the screen mesh, not enough off contact, the ink not properly warmed up and mixed, or a combination of all 3 of those things
What do you like for white plastisol? Seeing as you have access to all the ryonet stuff, and your attention to detail your insight would be valuable. I was using the meteor white but it seems to have changed slightly for the worse? Currently using the rio mixing white as I have a bunch of it, but would be interested to hear your opinion
The mixing white isn't meant to be a standalone white, it's not opaque enough. I use the ryonet lava white or the wilflex stuff, they're the same thing with a different label
Not even into screen printing and white this video 👍. I think it would be funny to have some clever basement joke on some merch but that may just be me.
I guess you could stick a 1 inch tape or cardboard piece from the colar and then slide the shirt just enough. You would save time getting your ruler and chalk pen.
A lot of reasons. Not all presses can accommodate bigger pallets, and aluminum pallets are very expensive to replace. This maximizes what you have to work with
Waste of time for me but useful for other people, that's why your pallets are adjustable base yourself from the edge of the collar and every single print will land in the same spot.

@Otis Theo it did the trick and I now got access to my account again. I'm so happy!

@Colten Ronald you are welcome xD

"Just the tip" 🤣
That's a bad ass trick tho
Haha I might have to call it that now
thank you lee!
super helpful tip for someone like my self and now i have to get a fabric pencil lol
Do it! 🤘🏻
this definitely helped with a new two-color print I did. Thanks, mate.
I came for the motorcycle videos and have no desire to do my own printing, but I really enjoy these videos. I have been dying to rock the OG 2.0 camo hoodie, but it is still hot as hell here in Texas.
Glad to hear man. Winter is coming 🐺
Great work! Love the title to your new training tip guides. “Just the tip with Lee Stuart.”
we use a type of pallet that has an "A" shape at the top in wich the collardoes not over hang and we can mark a gide in where to align the collar so every print is at the same height.
You can use fingers to measure how much the shirt is over hanging like the width of your 2-3 fingers...nvm freaking lasers bro, awesome!
Lasers are always cool 😎
"Just the Tip" hahahahha God I remember those days!

Ah yes the James Lowe Laser Method, something I am very proud of! Just a kiddin, that's a great idea and also great editing to boot 👊
Haha thanks man. I asked around to a lot of printers since this came out and no ones heard of it, so I guess I can claim it
You could also just tape a ruler (or a wooden paint stirrer or whatever) on the back of the pad and have it stick out the amount you need. :)
Screen printers always find a way! :) Vastex has pallets that have little shirt markers that attach on the bottom of the pallet that allow you to repeat where you place the shirt. It should honestly be a staple to every press.
That we do. I didn't know about the vastex thing, but something like that should definitely be a part of every press
Our palette extends thru the neck, we use masking tape for distance, we did 5X hoodies, getting those centered was a pain, 5X is so big my 31yr old son and I fit in one, love the facebook page,

Thanks man. I run my screen roughly waist level so I can get good leverage to print
This is really helpful, thanks once again. Just to let you know my team and I watch your videos here in Nigeria.
Great Tip bro. thank you.. good job on the design and print. Keep the good work going.
Thanks man 🤘🏻
Lasers are cool Bro. Great tip! Thanks for sharing 😎💨

Hell ya man, glad to hear! I'm going hard on making a ton of this kind of stuff right now, including a top to bottom how to screen print series 🤘🏻

Badass laser set up bro!!
Thanks dude
Helpful tutorial.. Can I ask you the design for practice not for commercial.. And how you get your design are you buy it or design it? I work on illustrator is it good?
We design all of our own stuff here using illustrator
Awesome video man...and awesome tips...keep these bad boys coming
You killed this brother!
Thanks man 👊🏻
Awesome channel. Love every single video I saw. I take the same approach with my printing - no compromise.
Thanks a lot!
hey Lee i have a question ... what kind of Tshirts and paint do you use for your own merch? I wanna do something for a club i am a member and i don't know what tshirt material to use and what kind of paint

Invest in a torque wrench and take care of that press, it's been a night and day change in mine. Maybe I'll make a video on what I did
@@leestuart38 I'd appreciate that. Thanks for the tip, I'm using pliers and a regular wrench, but I'll look for a torque wrench
Hi Lee - Love the channel. You mentioned that you planned on offering embroidery services in the future in one of the videos (sorry not sure which one). Did you pull the trigger on that? If so what machine did you go with? Would love to hear your thoughts as I am thinking about the same!
Thanks man. I haven't done it yet but that's in the works for the near future. Just trying to find the right company to partner with on it 🤘🏻
Hi Lee, can you tell me which mesh you use to print on black for plastisol inks?
thats a sick design sweet
Great tip! Can I ask, what company/brand of white ink did you use for that Carpentry shirt? Also did you do a print-flash-print for that design? That print is CLEAN! Let me know, thanks Lee!
Ryonet lava white, and always PFP your whites
@@leestuart38 Do you add any softner to it, or just straight outta the tub?
Can you show us how you make sure shirts are even from the left and right side when loading them on to the press?
Might need to do a video on that
Dope Video, always helpful! What mesh are you using?
Thanks man. This is 160 mesh
Where did you get the lion graphic? That would look so cool if the lion were biting a sword in two.

Why not just add a bigger pallet?
A lot of reasons. Not all presses can accommodate bigger pallets, and aluminum pallets are very expensive to replace. This maximizes what you have to work with
lo mu jerbelsss
Waste of time for me but useful for other people, that's why your pallets are adjustable base yourself from the edge of the collar and every single print will land in the same spot.
You obviously missed the point. It's for prints that are too big for the pallet to just line up the collar to the edge
