We had a permanent electric fence system from Gallagher in 1985 and those tumble wheels were available then ,I have never seen any though and assumed they had never come to anything. I don't know if they had the clever trick for electrifying the legs though. I am quite surprised how well they tumble along ! Be interesting how you get on with them.
They will certainly save time fencing. Love your detailed video of how they work.
