I know my Artillery Spark Charge build is extremely expensive, so I put this build together to give people a good option they could start with, easily scale into high corruption, and then switch over to something more powerful.

Very nice build, man. I'm running empowered monos lvl 75 with yellows and it feels smooth. I was looking for a cheap runemaster build to play ME, beside that, I needed a build that didn't have so many visual effects like a elemental nova or something like that, so I could run the game hahah Thank you very much! Thanks for the amazing guide. I was trying to run the Nova build at 70 since I had a few of the items, but as SAF not having the idols and more than +3 Relic it was struggling. Swapped to this today and really enjoying it, flame rushing for ward adds some fun and engagement to it, and after Marksman Detonating trap the fire spells are a nice change. Going to push into empowered and corruption today so look forward to seeing how far it takes me. I do keep making the mistake of unequiping my frost claw relic and a point of gift of winter is always removed so you can tell the difference in mana efficiency immediately.

@@booty_noodles Yeah it is going good, I am actually using Aergon's Mirror Bolt (Cold, Cold, Fire) invocation for leveling as I push into empowered monoliths atm. I can get 1.8k ward per cast at 66 int with 6-7 low health enemies which is nice.

I just started a DoT build yesterday and I’m loving it. My first non crit build and it feels good, I’m doing spell blade and with double humming bee swords with double melee atk speed. It’s a generator/spender build. Mana strike to generate and shatter strike to spend

@@booty_noodles not OP, but I agree, you have huge potential. Your videos are well thought out and simple to follow, whilst also being very detailed and thorough. You also give attention to QoL for actually playing the build, which is nice to see.
A couple of things I'd love to see, personally, that I think would really set you apart:
1. Talk a little bit more about how important the LP parts are for each piece. (E.g. is it worth me using the sceptre or the helm if I don't have any LP? You did that really well in this video, but would love to see this consistently, it's very helpful knowing when to swap items and why)
2. Talking about when you could swap to other builds would be nice as well. (E.g. you posted this build as a cheaper alternative to the artillery build. At what point could we swap to that? Should we wait to have all LP pieces, or are base uniques okay? Etc. You covered the bare minimum needed for this video, but seeing that consistently for other videos would be great.)
With those points stated, this video is essentially perfect to me. You demonstrate the build, explain all the parts of it, give alternatives if we don't have the Uber gear, and talk about the minimum needed for the build, as well as general stats to look for. If you keep this format and quality for all your videos, I can definitely see you blowing up quickly.

I think the artillery one is a bit stronger, but play what seems fun to you! most important part is to have fun

When i put on an exaulted wand it is might higher dps on the tooltip than my unique base firestarters torch with 1 lp.... should i keep using the torch? Great vid!

Hey Booty, thanks for the guides about the build. I'm wondering if you could tweak the filter a bit for us. I see that many exalteds that are not good for the build are still showing, not to mention rares and uncommon just because they have 1-2 affixes that are useful. I'm really bad at editing these filters, thanks again and keep it up!

I am playing merchants guild online. Its definitely possible to farm this stuff in CoF though! maybe a bit slower though :)

@@booty_noodles Hope so! Quick question. When it comes to getting ANY relic with +Frost Claw, I know it can drop randomly but can you glyph of chaos into +Frost Claw skill??
Why not use Cinder Song? Seems to do similar Firestarter's Touch. Genuine question, I'm not geared enough to utilize the Firestarter's touch yet due to mana consumption. Cinder Provides more mana reduction for fire spells than Firestarter does.

No it wouldn't be worth it since you are dealing all your damage with ignite and the nova wouldn't really be applying enough ignite stacks to be worth it

Cant wait to try this, very cheap build. Btw as per ur planner on frost claw how did u manage to get it to 12 mana cost? I saw u get all the nodes on plus man and 2/5 only on the manaa eff after the fire node..on my other runemaster build i have 20percnt mana eff on idols with 5/5 on nodes but still im on 14 mana...
i don't think I have 12 mana cost but the scepter has a TON of -spell mana cost on it which helps a lot
Great videos, this is in fact a lot cheaper than the other build. I wonder how far can u push it.. Can safely push and speed farm 700 corruption do you think?

I wonder if enhanced weapon can fit into your build. Enhanced weapon has a node that detonate all ignite stacks, dealing the ignite dmg instantly and increase by 50% the ignite dmg value.
This is something i really want to try, maybe will have to make another video :)
Question: Watched the entire video, just wondering one thing--do you ever manually cast Static? If not, how do you proc Lightning Aegis? Keep up the great builds, BN!

Hi, @@booty_noodlesbut the question still remains open. You never cast static orb manually, so how do you get aegis? It's never procced passively in your clip? Hope you can help here.
So should we not use the frost claw note that homes in as well for the spark charger version? For better mana management when we don't have exalted relic with frost claw
this can definitely help a lot. if you don't use homing you can potentially even spec into nova as well

oh man i didnt even noticed any difference without the frozen malice note! and without that my mana cost dropped to 22 and it feels much much better, and the extra point in nova actually speeds up the clear speed!

not it doesn't you will probably want to combine them. I always recommend putting together your own loot filter though. It's very simple I promise!

Yes, definitely! i think it could be a fine option, but you will sacrifice some cast speed and survivability that twisted heart gives you.

hey bro i also trying to build an ignite frostclaw runemaster but i want to use the enchantet weapon spellblade skill to release all stacks for huge singel target dmg for bosses right now im dealing 900k on a training dummy with 0 gear and 170 stacks :'D do you have some ideas for this maybe? :D
im on 1,26m damage on dummy with 250 stacks of ignite

I have a question how do u get 38k plus dps on your frost claw? I got the items but mine is like 7k
you can ignore the tooltip. we are doing all our damage with ignite so the tool tip dps doesn't matter

With BIS gear - how far can this build go? 1k corruption+?
Yep. I was doing 1000 corruption with it, but it is a bit slow. I'd recommend switching to my Artillery build by around 5-700 corruption

Absolutely! I actually plan on posting an update to this in a couple of days with a small change that might make it even stronger. Not a huge change though so don't be afraid to follow this guide for now!

Crest of Unity is not good because you need the crit chance from prismatic gaze

Honestly you would have to test for yourself lol. I'm not sure what the exact break point for "can now tank t4 Julra" is
why snap freeze in bar? or is it irrelevant?
helps with the cold fire cold runic invocation and snap freeze is a nice cc ability even without specializing into it.

id love to play this :) there is just no justifiable way to get the + frost claw relic... a t1 relic costs 250k+ and the do not drop at all - for me. I have 4 chars i there 90s in cycle and I have dropped zero. its a joke. no idea whats going on there.
Yea tbh I think it's bugged, but all you need for this is a t5 which even though it's expensive is reasonably achievable to farm!
@@booty_noodles I know... It's not that I don not have the 250k. ;) Still feels ridiculous to spend that much on something that will just produce some shards. And yea... It's actually the only shard type I have only one of. I really think the drop rate for this is f*d up.
Would the ladle be better than the torch?
I don't think so. torch has a similar more damage multiplier as ladle but you can get all the extra mana reduction from the torch

@@booty_noodles ladle also only applies to spell "hit" damage which doesnt apply for ignites
uh just play pure ice crit frostclaw, it does a lot more damage
you do you man! This is just cheaper to put together then crit frostclaw which requires expensive mourningfrost boots and expensive dex stacking gear
