2019 Explorer here........I didn't have to remove anything when I replaced the mount, just wiggle that wire out and that was it. Took me about 35 minutes. Or 45? It was easy.
any tips for the 2014 3.5L TT? Both the upper and lower radiator hoses block the access to the nuts on the passenger side motor mount. Do I have to drain and remove the upper radiator hose?

Did mine on a 2011 ford flex and also the transmission mount on the drivers dide took me 4 hours or so for both sides.

Looks like you are installing the used engine mount.
Nice video however I will be very leery to jack up on the oil pan
what was wrong with the old mount?
