Happy New Year! I hope you all had a good holiday. I am back in Muncie, Indiana. I have missed the sound of trains hitting the diamond! Cheers to new train videos in 2023. This will be a fun year with many more videos to come with new filming locations around the midwest. You are not going to want to miss it, so please SUBSCRIBE to my channel and check out more videos. As always, thanks for watching!
Filmed 1/10/2022 with a Rebel Ti6
Love how 4508 retained its EMD steel bell from when it was still a Dash 9! :D
Love the old time Box cars so much history with them. Some were make in the 1960's or early 70's.
Great video
Thanks!!
NS 4508 sure looked fresh outta the paint shop, even though I know she's been out a while now. The CSX had some great fallen flags, not to mention one of their few SD70AHs. Great video!!
Thank you!
A high line is going to have to be built to create an over / under. How long will it take for them to realize it and make it happen.
EPIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why is there no train horns through there?

💯💯💯💯💯💯🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Thanks for the information, I didn’t know that!!!
How many miles long is this track?
We're is this located at? I have feelings that we might see a new web cam setup here in the near future,
Hey Derik! This is the Walnut Street Railroad Crossing in Downtown Muncie Indiana. Very Active tracks!! Same, I hope we see a webcam soon!!
My question is how is the train crossing the roads here without blowing the horn? Never seen that done anywhere.
Hey Paul, this railroad crossing is within a (quiet zone) the trains are not allowed to blow there horn here. In order for a crossing to be a no horn zone, the crossing must have gates that block the entire roadway or the entire lane with a concrete divider. I hope that helps. Thank you for the comment. 👍🏻
More shortlines in Indiana area!
Is this video spend up? Never seen a train that fast on a turn at a diamond.
Hey, the videos speed has not been changed but I will say they recently replaced the rails on that turn so possibly they could go a little faster. (That’s just my thoughts)
Great video
