I did a tarot card reading yesterday for spring in the present and it all said that I didn't take enough rest and the reason I struggle emotionally so much at the moment is because of that. Also my Boyfriend who struggles as well did even less take rest and struggles even more. It resonates with your reading which says that IF you DID rest you are benefitting now emotionally.
