"Kings and Queens" was one of the tunes from "Draw The Line" that really caught my ear when I first played the LP when I bought it. Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Brad Whitford, Tom Hamilton and Joey Kramer, the original band from the first album. Ray Tabano was the Guitarist before Mr. Whitford hooked up, and Ray designed the Aerosmith logo with the fancy writing and the wings. Rick Dufay and Jimmy Crespo were the two replacement Guitarist when Perry and Whitford left in the early 80's. I was at their "Reunion" show in 1985 in Lynn. Mass at the Manning Bowl, a high school football stadium. About 20,000 of us showed up to greet the boys, and we were treated to a legendary performance.
This is one Aerosmith song that I just love. Remember (Walking in the rain) is probably my favorite. Great reaction as usual my friend. Peace out ✌️ ☮️
Yeah that greatest hits album had some awesome songs on it: Dream On Same Old Song and Dance Sweet Emotion (edited) Walk This Way Last Child Back in the Saddle Draw The Line Kings and Queens (edited) Come Together - I knew this was a cover Remember (Walking in the Sand) - I found out this was a cover years later
Nice reaction! Brad and Joe play both lead and rhythm since the beginning. If you want to hear some more leads from Brad "nobody's fault" and "round and round" are good ones!
The cause of the edited versions on Greatest Hits was to cut them down to more radio friendly songs and also because at the time Joe and Brad had left the band and Aerosmith was working with two new guitarists who did not play on the original tracks.
Brad Whitford is a highly underrated guitarist. His one of best works is also on their greatest hits album, Last Child. But that song is also edited. You need to find the version on their box set, Pandora’s Box. Also at the top of the list of his greatest guitar solo is on Nobody’s Fault from their Rocks album. And if you want to see all the band members mix up their instruments, check out a live concert version of Sick as a Dog, where Tom Hamilton, the bassist, plays the guitar while Joe Perry plays bass. And then for the solo, Joe gives the bass to Steven to play while he plays the guitar solo.
@@AceofBadeReacts I don’t know. I just know that Last Child is edited. I think it’s also edited in the original studio album as well. They fade out at the end of the song but if you listed to the Pandora’s Box version, you hear Brad Whitford’s guitar solo Al the way to the end.
Thank you very much Adam for the priority request. Aerosmith is a band I grew up listening to
Aerosmith’s most underrated song.
It's a really good one
@@robbob5302 Totally agree along with Walk On Water which is so catchy yet so underrated !!!

Thank you for the history. Was there a reason Brad and Joe left the band?
Old Aerosmith is great Aerosmith! Love this song.
It's a good song
Joe and Brad will often swap rhythm and lead in several songs. Its fun to watch live

Oh cool. Even though I grew up listening to Aerosmith, I know very little, at least until this reaction. I'll add those to the list

ooh ok. I see
Edit was for radio time Joe and Brad didn’t leave until 2 years later during night in the rutz this is still Joe and Brads guitar work
Never been a band like them!
100% I wonder if Steven Tyler will ever be able to perform again
❤70's Aerosmith the Best!!❤
Such a solid era from what I've heard

Brad and Joe are the best duo!❤❤
Very iconic
The bass line is fun to learn
I can imagine. It's such a good song
I love the song, but listening live for the 1st time? NO. takes away so much. Never listen live before the recording.
I think you misunderstood. I've heard the studio one before. It was just shortened
