This vase was from IKEA. My friends are collecting bottles for me, but you might want to try asking in local pub or restaurant.

No rice paper has fibres and gives frost look.

You need to use white rice paper. You can use tissue paper with napkins, if you try using rice paper with tissue paper finish will be different.
