The New Foil Squeezer seems like its BROKEN with the new Special the Splatter Color Screen.
This new special weapon enables the Foil Squeezer to do so much. It may be really early to call but i feel that this maybe already one of the best weapons in Chill Season 2023 already!

So something that seems to not be explained about the wall is that people who are hit by are also marked similar to a toxic mist effect of sorts and you dont notice this when you yourself are hit by it too so it does you no favors to rush through it honestly
Screen tip: instead of using it like a wall, use it like a flash bang and throw it at your opponent's feet so they can't run from it. This will almost always guarantee a kill or at least some displacement.
This weapon was the most fun I've ever had with the Squeezer, Autobomb, a Museum rotation or a Clam blitz rotation
the new weapons are SO FUN in this season they're all great. Im loving the new undercover as someone who loved the kensa undercover though at first I thought the Colorscreen blocked damage not realizing it was my shield lol.

Throw the screen closer to your enemies, the goal is to make it take up as much space on their screen as possible, and not a lot in yours.
The amount of new players not coming from splatoon 2 will quickly learn about the super jump splashdown trick. But till then it's gonna be fun tricking them with it.

I love foil squeezer, digging the kit. When I played last night it was dualies everywhere lol
There have been just about 4 of those new dualies in each of my games today
I had one match with 7 of them. 4 is the least I’ve seen.

I feel like the effectiveness of the Splattercolor Screen will depend on the ink colours between the teams as well as the map. Like that one moment on Mahi where the water and the normal surface became basically the same colour.

So one thing I love doing is running sub saver, and then throwing double auto bomb then screen then 1 or 2 more autobombs. Not exactly optimal but boy does it disrupt the hell out of the enemy 😂

I knew I wasn't the only one who thought this stage was musselforge fitness! The map seems to be a major improvement from what I see since the stage is much more flat and has better flank routes. The only question now is whether or not this stage will stand the test of time as being good?
You can pass through the screen with reefslider without getting the Color effect.
I did that last night and thought it was a glitch
If screen gets banned in tournaments but you love this kit consider bamboo. You trade the paint ability of squeezer for the every shot is accurate but still get chicken friends!
^You can also disable the special button within the input settings when playing in public lobbies
This is the first time I'm using the squeezer.......and I love it! SCS is my new favorite special!

Im glad squeezer players have a different kit now. I just hope that the next roller kit has a bomb because I need to have the ability to challenge long range weapons. As it stands the only thing roller can do is counter trizooka.
Splatterscreen is just so unique and useful from what we have, it's my second favorite after ultra stamp if it actually worked.

Fair warning, Screen is creating some outcry in the community because the effect can trigger migraines and sensory-overload for some common types of sensory processing disorder/hypersensitivity.
There's talk about it getting banned from competitive events because of these issues.
Hypersensitivity measures will create extrasensitive people.
You can't be ok with everyone.
My team got a wipeout after we ran through the Splatcolor Screen. It was almost disorienting.

I’m not a squeezer play at all and rather play brellas and from play the new undercover kit screen feels really weak for it. You can’t see through it and most of the time when I try to get close enough to peek through I just die to someone randomly spraying through the screen that I can’t see
Special power up makes the screen advance faster and it can go way faster than you think, it cn surprise the ennemy team

Why don’t you do a tearing it up 3 with the fsqueezer? It would be fun to do and one of the challenges could be getting 3 kills with the screen.
Screen is a bit underpowered but it synergizes with squeezer and it at least it has a bomb. I think Foil squeezer is a little better than the vanilla kit just because it has a sub and special that synergizes
I feel like screen synergies best with thermal ink actually. I’ve tried a little bit of foil squeezer and used thermal ink, and when you mark someone, you view of them isn’t that unstructured since they are highlighted through the screen. It’s quite fun

I believe it’s the gym leader boss theme from Gen 8 or Sword/Shield

One small note, when using the reef slider to go through it, you obviously will not take damage but interestingly you also won’t be affected by the monochrome effect. I’m assuming the monochrome only applies as long as you take damage so anything that puts you in an invulnerable state pretty much beats this special. Reef slider is kinda ass and still very vulnerable after the explosion but eh, it’s something. Can’t really remember any other special that puts you in an invulnerable state. A lot of special puts armor around you but you’ll still take damage like with Booyah bomb, Splashdown, and Crab Tank.

Screen isn’t particularly strong but knowing what it can do to you can throw your game off and it affect everyone’s mentality when approaching it. No one will want to pass thru it unless they are confident they can differentiate their opponents and that is where Screen can mess with you.

Does thermal ink make you see through the wall?
Yes. I’ve been using a little bit of thermal ink color screen, and it really helps it a lot when you can precisely see where your opponents are. Haunt also works, but you need to die for it to work

Splattercolor screen is such a good counter to chargers. I found it effective to throw at a charger since it damages them and makes it harder for them to aim at you
This season is fun but every start of a season my win loss ratio is gets ratioed i need to wait for everyone to be in their proper ranks 🥲
