Punjabi Kadhi Pakora (कढ़ी पकौड़ा) Recipe - That Attracted Many Customers to My Cloud Kitchen!

- Hello Friends, I'm Ruby! Today, I'm super excited to share with you the recipe for our cloud kitchen's famous #PunjabiKadhiPakora. This special dish has won the hearts of many customers and has been a staple in my #CloudKitchen for the past 10 years.
In Punjab, #KadhiPakora is a beloved dish, prepared in every household with its own unique twist. Each version is delicious, and in Punjabi villages, there's a beautiful tradition of sharing #Kadhi with neighbours. This simple yet mouth-watering recipe is perfect with rice or as part of a meal combo thali.
Ingredients :
For Kadhi
- 2 litre Lassi (Plain Butter Milk)
- 100 gm Besan (Chickpea Flour)
- 1 table spoon crushed Garlic
- 1 heaped table spoon Ginger and Green Chilli crushed
- 1 table spoon Dhania (Coriander) Powder
- 1/4th or 1/2 teaspoon Methi dana (Fenugreek Seeds)
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder (acc to preference)
- 1 teaspoon Haldi (Turmeric Powder)
- Salt according to taste
For Pakora
- 1 cup Besan (Chickpea Flour)
- 1 large Onion
- 1 table spoon Ginger Garlic paste Or crushed
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Haldi (Turmeric Powder)
- Salt according to taste
- 1 Bowl Palak (Spinach)
- A Pinch of Meetha Soda (Baking Soda)
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- 1/4th teaspoon Ajwain (Carom Seeds)
- 1 tablespoon crushed Sabut Dhaniya (Whole Coriander)
For Tadka
- 1 to 2 tablespoon Ghee
- 2 to 3 Sabut Kashmiri Lal Mirch (Kashmiri Dried Red Chilli)
- 1.5 teaspoon Rai (Black Mustard Seed)
- 1/4th teaspoon Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves) Optional
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4th teaspoon Hing (Asafoetida)
- 5 to 6 Curry leaves

Mouthwatering kadi pakoda. M 66 years old n learning from u I also make like this but we rajasthani don't put onion garlic in kadi .
My mother never put garlic and onion in kadhi and her kadhi was the best,... She is no more... But till now I feel the taste. Please go ahead yours will be better than me. ❤

Aunty kadhi ke liye dahi nahi le sakte kya chaach Lena compulsory hai kya.agar dahi le sakte hai toh kitna Pani dalna hai dahi mein
Aisa kuch nahin hai... Maine commercial way ka tareeka batana hota hai, agar dahin mein pani mila lete hain to wo bhi lassi hi banti hai.... Mai bhi ghar par dahi khatti ho jaati hai to banati hoon, first class banti hai.... Don't worry

Dahi mein besan pani ginger greenchilli paste milake pani dalkar whisk karle.
Ek patile mein ghee Suki lalmorch kadipatta methi Dana jeera clove tejpatta hing ka tadka lagake usme mediumaanch par ye sahi wala mixture dalkar kadhi ko kadhana hai fir last mein shakkar aur salt dalna hai
