Nathan For You was one of the funniest, most unexpectedly wild journeys I've ever witnessed on TV.
How to with John Wilson has been equally outstanding.

Somewhat relatedly, I remember specifically the first few months of lockdown in early 2020. I kept up with irl friends online, but after a while it slowly sorted faded, and even so it was just making me absolutely miserable, along with some other stuff that was happening in my life in that time, I was feeling pretty miserable, and felt like I had even sort of lost my sense of humor. Then I watched the movie Hot Fuzz, and within minutes my entire mood flipped, for days in fact. It wasn't forced, it wasn't me "trying to feel better", it was just genuinely one of if not the funniest movie I've ever seen. Genuine joy can do so much

Nathan Fielder and John Wilson have removed any doubts about HBO Max being the best streaming service by far. Other services that are completely sold out to the algorithm are incapable of taking risks on extremely weird yet genius shows like this

Nathan always pulls the most unsettling stunt and then says/does something incredibly profound with it. He terrifies me in the best way. I want him. (Kidding)
