i noticed you put the sesame oil around the wok edges to keep everything loose and im sure it helped to explode the sesame's wonderful taste into everything. hey i can hardly wait to go to store now and get some of those noodles! lol thanks Greg!
Wonderful video! This man is a soul-satisfying chef. Very high-spirit and great cook. Wow. RUclips got this one RIGHT. Thanks for the tutorial Chef Wong.
Mr. Wong, thanks for the video. Where can I buy a cooking portable like you got there. I am looking for that but could not find it here. Please advise. Thanks.
well i just saw how to make some noodles..going to try that.. got all the ingredients right here already, >> and the WonderWok!! is it dinner yet??!! haha! the WonderWok actually does make meals, and a ton of it, in less than 7 minutes. Nothing beats the WonderWok for fresh cooking and lightning speed. Nothing!
I make this at least once every 2-3 days. You should add a tablespoon of Dark soy sauce, it's different than normal soy sauce. It gives it a lot more color and is kinda sweet, so you should use a little less sugar too. I personally use 1 Tablespoon of cooking wine, sugar, and Dark Soysauce, and 2 tablespoons of Oyster sauce and normal soy sauce, also 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. You might want to expirement with different kinds of noodles too, I tried using noodles simular to those and wasnt a fan.
I ordered some double pan fried noodles out here in California. Im used to Lo mein growing up. I thought it was the same but its not. Thanks Greg. I checked out your wonderwok that thing looks awesome! Are they custom built? Intrested in getting one. I can help you update your website and get some of these videos on there to help bring traffic and sell more woks! thanks for this vid. looks delicious

Sanjiv, the seasoning I put in while stir frying is enough to season the whole dish, including the meat.
What is the handle of your wok coated with to keep it from burning your hand?
It doesn’t get to hot - there is a shield on the iron bowl that prevents any direct heat from getting to the handle!
Thanks for you very informative video
Whats the difference in taste between this and the noodles being fried???
I loved it!
Gregg before frying your meat you do not season it why?

Sanjiv, that doesn't mean that you shouldn't season your meats. It's all up to ones own interpretation . Thanks for watching!
