For volume of cement you need to decide on the proportion of mortar. Generally four to six parts of sand are added to one part of cement. Assuming 1:4 is your proportion, Cement requirement is 20/4 = 5 Cft (for 20 Cft of mortar) 50 Kg of cement gives you 1.25 Cft by volume. So, you need 200 kg of cement or 4 bags are required.
