I only need minimum money amount. I've set it up, but the customer can CHOOSE free shipment OR standard shipping 17$
I want one standard shipping 17$ and fress shipping over 99$, but as of now they are both there as a choice for the customer.

I would like to ask you how can I set up free shipping but for a number of post codes only in London as I will deliver by bike, can you please let me know if I can do this and how?
