May sound strange but i found watching the podcasts feel like family...it just makes me feel good man. All the people around me are like..getting married, kids....all that stuff...i'm like...i just want train like a crazy madman, eat and work(teach sports)...the only things that make me happy...and you guys are just the same. We fucking love lifting weights and working out.Always makes my days better, have a laught, take some really good knowledge and get to know you guys more and more. Super cool people.

I use a TENS unit, not for every workout but, this does works I think its better than the expensive unit Nick has on, and mine is portable with just AA battery operation.💪I use the TENS because it recruits small and large muscle fibers, this also helps in repair, Dexter Jackson uses the large one like the one Nick had on. I've used the TENS for over 2 years, and I get more better pumps and hits my muscle groups very deeply, like you really do feel it, then after the workout, it relaxes my muscle and soreness is gone faster!👍💪👊
The boys guess what I just got the best phone call today it made me cry lol just had to many emotions at once I leave on the train Monday 18th January for 6 months finally got the new life I have always wanted you boys are the greatest podcast ever given me so much strength to get ready for leaving my 70 year old mum and dog and kids will be so hard. Im aloud to have my mobile phone for the first 2 week's in isolation lol then I will lose the mobile phone for 3 to 6 months.
Any work shift made enjoyable thanks to this podcast. One of the best and funniest since luke was with you. Hope Nick is here to stay. His humour and personality is fab. Thanks again Fouad. 💪😂
