BACALAR DRONE, MEXICO | 4K drone flight over Bacalar & Laguna de los 7 Colores

Bacalar by drone is one of the most colorful sights you will see in the entire world. We flew our drone over the Laguna de los 7 colores for a few days. This is the best drone footage we captured of this beautiful laguna in the Yucatan Peninsula.
When we were in Bacalar, we visited Los Rapidos, the Laguna de los 7 colores, canal de los piratas, El Eden, and Cenote Cocalitos. The drone provided a unique perspective of the true colors that you can see of the Bacalar area. Since it is harder to see the beauty with the naked eye from ground level (although it is still extremely beautiful), the drone made it easier to see what was around us.
We used a DJI Mini 2 drone to capture our footage in full 4K quality. Enjoy this Bacalar drone video and a nice relaxing flight over Laguna de los 7 colores.

Sadly pollution is starting to change the water color. Just read an interesting BBC article about this.

So sad! Yes when we were there, the locals told us the same. That the colors were not as vibrant as in the past. They were saying that severe storms also affected the water colors there over the past couple years. Still a beautiful place, but let’s hope pollution reduction can bring it back to its full majestic colors again
