I have been using the Pigeon's Handy mini chopper since April 2019. (I checked my Amazon history). I still use it and find it very useful. Of course I clean and rinse after each use, dry and store it in its original box. It has never given me any trouble as yet. The trick is never to overload it.

I have been using similar models for past 7-8 years and will anyday vouch for it, because it is very practical and useful. The mop strands are microfibre. Microfibres have the quality of picking up dirt quickly. Seeing your mop head I feel it has been overused.....it's time to change the mop head. Changing mop head ensures that the microfibre cleans the surfaces well. Worn out fibres will not pick up dirt. Also as they get worn out, they become thinner and it will definitely come out of their slots. I'm thinking that's the problem you're facing. The Gala brand has the problem of the drying basket getting stuck and not rotating.

The chopper you have shown is a duplicate brand...no wonder quality isnt good. If you buy the Pigeon brand chopper which looks exactly same you can see the difference in built, sharpness and quality. I have been using more than a year ..it is so handy and not having any damage or quality issues despite daily use.

The garlic presser too...its a duplicate of the original of Ikea...The ikea one is extremely good despite regular use.
I would suggest when doing such reviews please specify which brand/seller from amazon you have purchased because many are not original products and these quality issues could b related to that.
If using the right brands for similar products, such products actually works well. So issue is with brand rather than the product.

I prefer to buy products online than offline.
