I just beat the remake on my Switch. I remember the moment this song plays in the original PSP version back in 2008 and I went like, "Oh shit, here we go!" Then the fight begins. Still my favorite chapter of the game, despite what happened to Sephiroth and everything in Nibelheim.
Had to fight his first phase 3 times bc my health was shit, then on the second phase it took 2 tries, cut I had to change my materia, btw what's the theme for the first phase?
I’m honestly disappointed that crisis core did not remix that creepy theme called “those chosen by the planet” that would play everytime Sephiroth (technically Jenova disguised as him) was around that I was expecting to hear in this remade infamous scene where the original Sephiroth burns the village after he went insane.
Don't fix what it ain't broken. They didn't touched anything to the OST of Crisis Core remake because they wanted you to feel that you are playing the exact game that you played in the psp before
There is one silent rule that everyone, regardless of their native tongue, understands: The moment Sephiroth's theme kicks in, you are fundamentally screwed.
