Sam i found your channel while you were going through RE1 and now I’m so invested in your journey. I’m glad you decided to play the Resident evil games. There have been times where I wish I could just tell you what to do to help you along but the fact that you get that gratification of figuring out the puzzles on your own is actually what these games were all about back then. I might recommend that after your done here try playing the original versions of the game on GOG there cheap and I firmly believe you would be doing yourself a disservice by jumping into the remakes. Keep at it I’m rooting for you. Oh and one more thing RE Zero is one of the harder games because of the inventory management and partner controls so just know we all have been where you are. Later
47:10 I beat this game multiple times and never thought that was possible! I can't believe she solved one of Resident Evil's trickiest puzzles on the first try!
Those Eliminators (monkeys) are a pain. Even for me who has beaten this game multiple times, also I absolutely don't blame you for being confused about saving Rebecca. The same thing happened to me when I first played as a kid. It just seemed logical that she would be there. I spent so much time trying to figure it out that she fell down and got game over. Then I figured it out by rewatching the cut scene where the boiler steam stopped. I knew then where to go.
10:30 That's now 3 times Billy saved her! So when Enrico called and asked Rebecca if she found Billy yet she lied for him. Then asked if he really did kill those people and according to his story turns out he didn't do it. It was his ruthless leading soldier in charge and he tried to stop him! So it's for sure Billy didn't kill those MPs in that truck either as Rebecca said. Poor Billy😞
You passed by a red and green herb several times in the boiler room looking room. Perhaps you got them, haven't finished the video yet. 😊 EDIT: Yep, you just found them. Yay!!

Curious if your planning to do the original Resident Evil 2 next or the remake of Resident Evil 2. I grew up with Resident 2 as my first Resident Evil game experience and even as a kid I had nightmares and lots of jump scares on that game. But u prob wouldn’t like the PlayStation 1 graphics so I can see you playing the more modern version of the remake.
So I’ll tell you I talked to Samantha during her part 6 stream on Twitch and I asked her the same question, she told me that she only bought the remakes of RE2, RE3, and RE4. That’s when I suggested to her myself, that she may want to consider starting with the originals first, anyhow Samantha said something like maybe or will see kind of answer. It sounded from her, she already paid for the remakes on Steam, doesn’t make sense to play both, hopefully she’ll change her mind and play both.

I've just realized something, you have been doing the cliche of let's split up go to different rooms. I know it's because Rebecca takes a lot of damage. I just find it hilarious how you are willingly doing the cliche.
Yeah, reading your comment, kind of reminded me, I believe gamers used to make a deal of having two players together in a RE game, when this game got released. It was so long ago, when RE0 got released, but I think that was one of the controversies made by horror fans of the series, this is Rebecca’s game, but they put Billy beside her the whole game. Anyhow it is usual to see Samantha split them up all the time, because the game wasn’t really meant to be played that way. Edit: I meant to say it’s unusual to see someone split the characters up, all the time like Samantha does.

I'm amazed at how smart you figured out the powerful animals when the animal they are more powerful than is right behind them
